I never write reviews but this hotel was like a dream. Beautiful hotel style makes you feel in a different time set, nice location, my room was huge, they even greeted me with desserts in the room. Breakfast really good with buffet and A la carte dishes. Stuff really nice and willing to help.

good breakfast decent facility what you'd expect from novotel. Above average food and bar OK value. 20 year old styling, but was state of the art when built. supposedly has spa did not try. reliable but decent value. nice high end breakfast.

There was no water in the shower. I remember reading about it in earlier reviews but I think they cleaned these comments somehow. It's apparently a persistent problem that there is no pressure in the shower so the water does not come. It was so little I wasn't able to take a shower in between my long flights. Horrible. Instead of apologizing the staff denied there was a problem and refused to cooperate. They reimbursed me 20% of the stay in the end after a scandal - a joke. Avoid for your own sake, there is a different airport hotel next door.
