The mattrace on the bed a little too soft for me and my boyfriend. But that’s only our own preference for a hard mattrace. Nothing else. Everything was great.

Room is not small at all but the bed is super small for 2 person. Would be nice to have coffee in the room.

The place is amazing, i can highly recommend. Great location, looks amazing, nice staff and both the jacuzzi and the sauna is great. Breakfast is available in the next building but it is also amazing. 😻

Great experience. The apartment is close to the city center but not too crowded, which is really nice. One of the best parts is the view; from the apartment, you can see the beautiful Giewont Mountain and Gubałówka, which is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredible, and the spa facilities are top-notch. It's more than just an apartment; it's a whole way of life. This place is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful, scenic place in the city.

We were very pleased with the stay overall experience was great. Cleanliness and facilities in the rooms was great, location is very good, walking distance to Main Street and bus station. All the staff was very welcoming. Our hosts Andrzej and Tomek made our stay more special as we got engaged in Zakopane they have organised romantic dinner in the restaurant Villa Toscana for us. Restaurant we had our breakfast Villa Toscana was superb! The quality of food was amazing. The staff the was very professional. We would like to say a special thank you for Kasia who served us at the breakfast for her big smile at each of our request was done with no effort, and Maks who was our waiter at the dinner.

The owner of the place, Mr. Andrei, is very helpful and classy and The residence is close to the city center. There is a grocery store next to the residence gate. There is one of the finest Italian restaurants near the residence. There is parking. Everything is special for the residence.

It took a while to reach a receptionist who was absent and didn’t pick up a phone. Internet was quite slow. Towels smelled like they were not washed at all.
