The staff at the reception could give a little warmer welcome and goodbye. It was not clear where is the pool reception and how to get there.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel with wonderful facilities, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Nice spa and pool area. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel open every day. It is easy to park on the street for free. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool was brilliant and so was the breakfast. The restaurant, next door, served fantastic food, it was only a little bit pricy as for polish standards. The room decor was somewhat outdated, but still clean, so no issue there. The location is great too. In general - highly recommended.

We were glad to stay in a wellness hotel - according to the description. We have gone down to the wellness section, but the receptionist informed us that the pool is under construction, only sauna and the tiny jacuzzi works and entry is permitted only for naked people. (This information was not told at the main reception). Not a big issue, but funny :) Double bed was so narrow and hard for us.

It was a random choice to stay in Hotel Beskid during our motorbike trip in South-Poland. It is located out of the downtown, but only a short walking or some bus stops are needed to reach Rynek. Modern, clean building. Staff is kind, speaking English well. We had a misunderstanding during booking process, they helped us to clarify it. Hotel has a safe, big parking for some fee. Room was clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of several types of food and drinks.

Old furnitures , elevator. We arrived to the hotel 21:30- the restaurant was closed - we had to go to the McDonalds😔

The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean, the receptionist is helpful and kind. The breakfast delicious ( cafee, apple pie, etc) we didn’t have time to use the spa , but it seems very good.

I booked the hotel based on the information given on this app. Pool, gym etc. The opening times of both were very limited, making it impossible for us to workout/swim before breakfast. There is a hidden car parking charge, there is no iron in the room, no tea/coffee making facilities.Limited shelf space around the sink area for toiletries etc. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, but not refrigerated and nothing to identify each dish or it’s contents. Food allergy nightmare.

My late arrival and extremely early departure (I was actually taking part in a long-distance bicycle race) was not a problem. I was able to order dinner (the pasta was superb, by the way) to my room and the very helpful receptionist arranged with the kitchen a hearty breakfast neatly packed for me to take away. The room itself was comfortable and I managed to get some good quality sleep. Which was paramount at that particular situation ;)
