some of the furniture is a bit old and broken like Sofa wasn’t opening in the way it should also the hairdryer was broken. When we first came, the floor was a bit dirty but next day they sent a cleaner who have made it perfectly clean. there was a car parked on the entrance and it was hard to pass with the stroller.

The properties located close to the center of the city the balcony is large and the stuff is very friendly. Its a fair deal for the money.

The wifi signal is very low, we could hardly get internet through the Wifi even being right next to the box. the flat is a bit noisy (you hear the upstairs neighbours moving the chairs or hear the noise in the corridor (but it is OK).

communication with host was easy and rather quick. location is great (in a good area, right by the very center). the flat itself was very clean and welcoming but some kitchenware (bowls and plates) were not clean. It can happen. It is not a problem. But maybe just a tip, tell the cleaning person to check the kitchenware too. the beds were comfortable but the sofa maybe a bit less comfortable (one of our children slept in it and she was very happy though). the code system is good, you don t need to worry about keys. we could have the parking place in the garage (for extra fee) for 3 days out of 4 and it was very convenient. (but there are at least 2 guarded carparks very near).

Soundproofing is nearly non existing, you can hear whats going on in the hall or flat above. More Coffee & tea would be nice as we only had 2 sachets of coffee on arrival for the entire stay

Exactly as on pictures. Easy check in and check out Less then 10mins walk to Stare Misto, about 15-20mins walk to Train Station and Krakow Gallery. Big and spacious flat, Bedroom is big, 2 sofas in the flat so made stay comfortable. Internet is good, TV isn't smart TV but thats not a problem but worked well.

I thought there was satellite tv/English channels but no. all polish channels, a few English movies badly dubbed & unwatchable. Kids came on holiday 'tech-less' and were disappointed that they had no tv or Netflix portal for am & nighttime ( we have our own acc and were planning on connecting in apartment) Probably just an Irish preference for breakie - but no toaster either....we survived :)ha ha

central location, just a short walk to Planty (green belt) and the old city center. App was very clean, warm, cosy and spacious for 4 of us. very quiet. recently renovated and modern decor. Plenty of storage space for clothes & travel bags, big wardrobe for coats and boots etc. big bathroom. plenty of sockets for phones & hairdryer etc. comfy couch and beds. heating easily adjusted as it was -1 to -10 outside. We never felt cold in apartment.

Check-in was very easy, I received the access codes the day before. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but very close to the Kraków city center (10 minutes walking). The apartment is brand new and it has everything you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, iron, tea and coffee, hairdryer). Very warm apartment.
