We loved the large comfortable room, the decor and the general 'feel' of the hotel. Staff were friendly and informative. The location in the centre of Krakow was perfect.

Was not disappointed by anything

The staff went above and beyond! Exceedingly helpful with every request, courteous and thoughtful. Gave us a wonderful breakfast box when our tour was leaving very early. Breakfast was excellent. A wide range at the buffet and á la carte available in addition. Location couldn't have been better. Five minutes from the main square on foot and approx 8 minutes to the main railway station. Everything within walking distance. Stylishly elegant with a modern twist.

Being a 5* hotel it tends to offer luxury tourist trips to the main out-of-town places of interest: Aushwitz and the Salt Mines, only at somewhat higher prices that are available elsewhere. Would have been better to have a choice of ways to visit these

Location is absolutely perfect for a tourist trip to Krakow. Everything in the Old Town is walkable, the area is quiet. The delux room was very spacious and either a little dated, or in keeping with the style of the hotel, depending on your point of view. And staff were always fantastically helpful.

I can honestly say that I don't have any negatives.

Beautiful old building. On outskirts of historic centre. Directly opposite the Czartoryski museum (recommended) and very close to the Barbakan. Easy 5 minutes walk to main square whilst being clear of the stag dos.

There was nothing my wife and I could fault at this hotel. It really enhanced our 3 day visit to this magnificent city.

This hotel is simply fabulous. Plenty of sophisticated charm, excellent sized rooms, polite staff and located perfectly in the old city. English was widely spoken. We arrived 2 hours before the official check-in and because our room was ready we were made welcome immediately. The exercise room was just right for a simple work-out and the generous breakfast was magnificent.

I never write reviews but this hotel was like a dream. Beautiful hotel style makes you feel in a different time set, nice location, my room was huge, they even greeted me with desserts in the room. Breakfast really good with buffet and A la carte dishes. Stuff really nice and willing to help.

Nothing at all but I did think the 'buffet' breakfast area was very cramped and the selection was not great. The food ordered from the breakfast menu was excellent. The one coffee machine was a pain as there was always a queue and it took a while to get the coffee from the machine.

Well presented "old" hotel about 10 minute walk from the train station (which was our mode of transport). Very spacious and comfortable suite. Pleased with the breakfast and also dining facilities. Excellent reception staff during our stay. Good location for walking to the main square.
