The room felt a little bit dated in terms of furnishings and the carpet had seen a lot of use! Arriving on foot is not great as the entrance has been designed with cars in mind and you end up walking on the road.

The spa facilities are good, with 2 saunas, a steam room, relaxation area, jacuzzi and smallish swimming pool. Bath robes and slippers are provided, though it's a good idea to bring flip flops if you have them. The breakfasts were good. The location is good if you are travelling by bus as the bus stop is nearby. There were some nice spaces to hang out in with comfy seats. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Your hotel is providing different events as for adults so for children. PLEASE inform YOUR VISITORS in advance about all the programs, as we could not take advantage of the offer !!! Pity and angry (((( The door between SAUNA and Waterpool (to landing) is always open. It's cold between the rooms and Your visitors are cold and may get cold.

Dinners are overpriced for what you get. You can get a better meal in town for less money. So not worth having a half-bord. The SPA section is not very relaxing. It is badly organized as if you want to go from the sauna to the pool you need to walk through the cold hall. It just does not feel like SPA. In the main hall at the reception, there is a need for a sofa or a small table and armchair corner. If you leave the hotel in the wintertime and you want to put on your jacket or ski suit just before going out the door, you need to leave them on the floor as there is nothing to put them on. Lastly, the tables in the bar area and by the kids' room are not being cleaned fast enough. I left my coffee cup and pint glasses after what we ordered at the bar there once and returned 4 hours later and they were still there.

Great hotel for families with kids. Good meals. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfy. The service was good.

The main lift (the second is away from the reception and mostly useful for the spa and fitness area) is small and always busy. The size of the hotel would deserve a second one. I would also introduce one or two hours children-free in the swimming pool and spa area (after 19:00 or 20:00).

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice balcony with relaxing view equipped with comfortable chair and tea table. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The elevators are in terrible shape. They take their own routes. You never know whether one will arrive or not, where will stop etc. Disaster. You choose to walk the stair however in my case with a 2 year old, can be challenging. Room entry cards tend to stop working. During 4 days stay happened to us 3 times. We saw several guests trying to enter their rooms and not getting in, to whom we advised to ask at the desk. Older couples were very confused and stressed. It can happen from time to time but srsly it was happening every day to someone at our floor. We came here in 2017 and had fantastic experience however now the metrrace of our bed was just so uncomfortable that at some point I chose to sleep at the couch.

The pool and an extremely nice pool attendant was nice. Breakfast is good. The cleaning ladies are very nice too.

Tiny, overcrowded, noisy pool area. Poor soundproofing- noise coming from inside the hotel as well as outside. Guests smoking on their balconies. Uncomfortable bed.

Only 2 elevators for the whole hotel, with baby buggy was very difficult as we always needed to wait a long time. When we were putting our baby to sleep during the day, in the next room they started to clean and it was so loud that sleeping was impossible. .

Breakfast was nice and play are for children. Pool was nice and clean. free baby crib. Nice view. Good parking.

Unfortunately, although most things were good, the rooms where a complete let down. Very outdated facilities in the room - I didn't know that I will ever see a television THAT old again in my life, at least from the early 2000s. The hairdryer was very old but also very sticky and slimy and not sure with what. The carpet looks old, the furniture looks old and cheap. The balcony is lovely and has nice outdoor furniture, but when I looked up, the balcony ceiling is really badly peeling away and this is happening across all rooms. This is apparently a 4 star hotel and it was not cheap! So overall, it was not worth the money paid and it is far away from being a 4 star! The hotel should really look into updating their rooms.

Locations is great, the hotel looks lovely from the outside, staff are mega friendly and welcoming, and the reception, dining area, outside decking are very nice! The breakfast was tasty and had a decent selection of food. Check in is easy and we've been given a room with a view of the town which was lovely.

I woke up in the morning and there was a space between our double bed. Beds are on the wheels, so they got split over the night. The mattresses were of bad quality.
