I am disappointed with the lack of answer from the accommodation to messages in booking. They had sent the address of the bins but not the apartment and had written that the adress is in the box. When we arrived at the evening in the dark we needed some time and return to check in point to find out that the address is glued on the inside of the door of the box. I think that it is more important than the address of the bins which was sent before arriving. There was also a problem with the key to the front door but no one responded to my messeges in booking.

Some things in the kitchen are missing.

It is a perfekt Appartement for a Family. Check in and out were easy. It was Clean and comfortable. A Lot of Restaurants are near the Appartement and you can Just Walk to all the Sights.

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Spring mattress feels about 20 years old. Please just replace it then the flat would be excellent! Also TV wasn’t plugged in.

The place is not so easy to find. I have to go to another building to get the key and back to the place. And I was asked to take away the garbage even before I got into the place. That’s not a big deal but you ask me to do that, that’s not so comfortable. Usually I take away the garage without being asked. The sound proof is not good

The place is big and clean and warm. And the location is in the center. I can walk to most of the places in the city . The proprietor gave specific instructions to locate the place and was convenient to contact with.

It was difficult to find it in first place (using google maps), but on the way back, it turned out to be quite easy place to reach.

It's a very nice and very spacious apartment with everything you need for a short term stay, but also very comfortable, if you need to stay for a week or so. It benefits from a nice balcony which is big enough to accommodate a coffee table and a coupe of chairs. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, despite of the airport located less then 1 mile away from the place (walking distance).

Response were slow. Hot water missing for whole day. No response received on smart TV not working. Which is must when traveling with kids, who prefer YouTube at minimum.

Location was perfect, close to everything. Apartment was large with two toilets means whole family can stay comfortably.

However, the owner/host who we have never met had never picked up the phone. Indeed, after my 6th call he/she sent me a SMS that he/she can't talk. :D And 10 min later the help was not necessary anymore. Well, it was NOT easy to find the right entrance because the description provided is in a basic English. Be careful - all the time the host talks for staircase but never mentioned the fact that you have to change the entrance of the building. So, after staying outside for more than 30 min wondering how to reach the "Cape Town" apartment and after trying to break in somebody's else apartment - we have made it WITHOUT the host's assistance. The rest - the apartment has a breath taking view, air-conditioner because the heating was not enough, a bit smelly as an old building but we lived with the fact easily. Nice equipment. However, we were requested to wash the dishes and throw out the garbage (another "entrance/door" of the building). Both were not a problem but both were weird: we always wash our dishes no matter where we are staying; this with the garbage still seems weird to me. However, we were not asked to do the laundry :D, so it is a good sign. To sum it up - I recomend it and I would stay again but some nice details may be added as coffee and picking-up the phone ON TIME.

I would have liked to have a coffee percolator or some sort of coffee making facility in the apartment, and there wasn't much toilet paper, provided I had to buy my own

I really liked the apartment. I felt comfortable and safe there. The location was fantastic, it was a great base for exploring the city. I loved the deco and the design of the place, and the terrace was an added bonus. I was given the wrong password for the WiFi initially, but the customer support responded quickly to resolve the issue.

If i was being picky just to answer the kitchen and bedroom closet was a bit old fashioned looking compared to the whole apartment (verde), but not really a issue just as said a answer

It was a cosy apartment near to the city center, with lots of restaurants around it. The kitchen was equipped, so there wasn´t a problem to cook something as well.

It wasn't spotlessly clean, especially the floor and the kitchen were very dirty.

The location of the apartment is excellent, only a few minutes away from the city center. There was a terrace with a great view too. The self check in process was clearly explained from the host prior to our visit.

The sink in the toilet was extremely small, wasn’t easy to use it but for a short stay acceptable.

It was a very well located, simple but completely satisfying apart in Wrocław. We enjoyed our short stay in the room.
