We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe rooms are very small. There is no air conditioner. We were accommodated with the child next to the room where smoking is allowed. The restaurant does not want to accept card payments. They lie that the payment system is broken and ask to pay in cash, apparently in order to get a tip for sure.
Very friendly staff at the reception. Good and even very good buffet breakfast. Wonderful and clean pool. There is a children's room.

Poland- they should make a better arrangement about their paid dinner buffet. Our first dinner buffet nobody informed, we are not new to staying in hotels, we thought it will automatically be charged to our room. On our 2nd try of the dinner buffet the staff had a very dirty look on us, and i told my husband why they stare at us like that, and he said the lady just approached him and said we have to pay first at the reception, we are in the middle of our meal already and so i thought can't they let us finish our food first? or maybe bring a terminal to us and so we can pay if they are so scared that we will run away from it, note that our check out is next day (stayed 4nights 5days), so they actually still have a chance to tell the reception which is few steps away. Anyway after that 2nd dinner buffet, we paid at the reception 2x dinner buffet. And we complained how we will know such information if we were not told right from Check-in and right when we enter the buffet. There is always a better way to tell the guests and not be RUDE. - the rooms are hot, no air-condition as described. it would have been helpful if we brought an electric fan or they offer one :)
The hotel location is just 300meters away from the beach. After going to the beach the kids enjoyed the hotel indoor pool. the breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and the restaurant on the first floor has very good food.

PolandThe rooms are small and in dire need of maintenance. Moreover you can hear everything because of super thin walls and an old door. There were lots of people drinking alcohol around the object, running in the corridors and generally making noise throughout the entire night. Impossible to sleep, which has ruined most of the experience.

PolandRoom was very poor - tiny, old fashioned, tight, not comfortable, very little bathroom without hairdryer, no place for leaving cosmetics, tiny shower, where it was difficult to move around. Appearance and condition of the room completely different from what is presented on the Booking.com site.
Location of the hotel and SPA. Only 5 min by walk to the beach. Nice treatments in SPA and friendly staff.

United States of AmericaBe prepared that there is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room- bring your own with you otherwise you will be paying for every tea or even hot water. Also, there is no hairdryer in the bathroom- bring your own. The hotel is in remote location so you need to bring with you all necessities or you will need to take a bus to town.
The location of this hotel is great. Awesome place to relax- close to the beach in the middle of a pine forest. Food is good- limited choices but very tasty. I stayed in room 63 - bed and pillows very comfortable. Available bike rental is a plus. At the spa- get a massage from Damian- very professional and very skilled- definitely highlight of my stay.

I enjoyed the location , the pool and and sauna , friendly atmosphere. Rooms really look old, but I enjoyed my stay 100%. It’s clean and tidy. The woods around , the sea so close. It would be perfect place for families with kids. The only there no elevator, so keep that in mind, so for people who are dependent of that it could be not so easy to get to the room.
