It's a pity that the elevator was broken during the whole week that we stayed in the hotel. We didn't like the curtains: they fell easily down when you tried to open/ close them, and it was not possible to fully cover the windows with the curtains. I missed a watercooker.

The breakfast was very good: a lot of choice, even fresh made salads, each day some other type of food was offered. (What I didn't like was that the television played loud during each breakfast.) The bathroom was modern with bright light and it had a good shower.

The elevator was broken for the whole duration of our stay (3 nights).The breakfast bar was ok but all of the vegetables in the salads were very far from being fresh. The bedding had holes in it, the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The toilet was clean but it had a lot of bugs on the floor.

No tea or coffee. I'm from Yorkshire so was dying for a cup of tea! Got to the hotel about half 10 and no shops were open and the hotel wasnt doing even crisps or snacks so we were starving.

There was +10 C in the room and no chance for any kind of heating. The staff reported - it's a September time so no heating season. No blinders on the windows - city lights straight to the room. No possibility to stay and have a night sleep after 10hrs drive. Too cold to get the shower. I paid before entering the room and had to leave that place immediately without staying there. Hotel refused to return the payment. I took 45mins drive to Warsaw ans stayed in a warm hotel with human approach

Nobody spoke English and they did not tried to understand anything. Breakfast was meager and unfortunately there was nothing for vegans. Everything that was done in other rooms or in the corridor could be heard.

The cleaners do what they can but the property has the same furniture, bedding, curtains etc of the last 30 years. It was 36 degrees and there is no air conditioning- the rooms smelled and were full of flies. The price agreed on via booking.con was not accepted originally and the reception tried to make us pay more but eventually they accepted the price of booking.com Breakfast was really poor.

The location is good. Staff ordered taxis when requested.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the check-out process. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with the hotel. We spent there 2 nights because of our business trip. On 16th February we were prepared to leave the hotel at 6 am. We were waiting for checkout almost one hour and this situation caused us many problems. Because of it we had to pay extra money for car rental and for other equipment we rented for our business trip. We returned the key and we wanted just pay all at once. The receptionist was still calling someone and not talking with us. We weren’t sure where the problem is. We just wanted to pay and leave the hotel. The receptionist told us just „I am sorry, it’s my first day.“ We understand that, but it’s really unprofessional to have such a nervous and not trained person on the reception to represent your hotel. He showed me just some paper and counted something without any detail information. I didn’t see even the list of our services, invoice, anything before the payment. I offered him to pay for the rooms because we could solve the rest later to save the time. After almost one hour I paid the bill - but I didn’t receive any details - I just saw a sum of money written on a paper. I had to pay it because of our time pressure. I expected some kind of apology later, but instead of this I just received the invoice without any details. I don’t consider this approach for professional at all.
