There is no elevator and no fridge in the room. But the staff helped us to store the baby food.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient in a quiet area but also close to the train station and the centrum. The baby cot is provided with no additional cost.

There wasn't any cleaning during our stay (4 nights), even the dustbin was not emptied :S Also, I would like to get back my money for the last breakfast. I had no option but to ask for breakfast on all days. At arrival, I already asked for a breakfast pack for the last day as we had to leave at 1:30 am. The guy wrote a sticky note, and the day before we left I also asked about it (when he kindly printed our boarding passes) and he told us that it would be ok to have the breakfast pack at 1:30 on Friday. But when we checked out, the lady who was there (who did not speak English at all and in a 4-star hotel it is very strange...) informed us that there was no breakfast pack for us and the kitchen was also closed. It was a big disappointment to leave without anything to eat (but we had to pay for it...) for a journey to the Berlin airport (!) where we could buy ourselves breakfast for a fortune... Say that you cannot prepare a breakfast pack (so I can buy something in time) or let us not pay for all days' breakfast! This was, it is simply not fair...

The location for us was great, the hotel room (109) was very comfortable and I really enjoyed staying there. The staff was kind and helpful.

As we are late sleepers breakfast was almost finished. And coffee and the has to be ordered on the side. Also there should be a larger selection for small children. Such as more sweet bread and cereal with milk. My son did not eat any breakfast as there were no egs left.

We were a husband, wife and small child. After we had checked in we realized that we had been given a dobbelt room with no accomodations for our 10 year old sun. We arrived very late (22.30) and Author, in the front desk, went out of his way to make us happy. We ended up having our son sleeping next to us on duvets on the floor. HE LOVED it. It was his own suggestion. Author offered us another room, without ekstra charge, but we declined. As I said. Author in reception deserves an ekstra mention as he did all he cc ould to make out to night pleasurebkle and all with a smile. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

I came at around the 20.00 to this hotel. The receptionist was very rude. Also she can not speak English well.(this is not a problem but she dont want to communicate also). I stand 30 min because of she can not find the how to prepare invoice to my company. Even she said there is no company like this! I asked "Could you do it later or tomorrow. I can just pay now because i am so tired". She said this is not my problem. And also after done the payment she didnt give me the coins due to she had not but she said like she dont have to. She was so rude!!! I was thinking to stay more but i cancelled my hotel By the way the morning receptionist and the other stuffs were very kind.
