There is a bit of city noise during the day and late in the evening.

We stayed at the apartment overlooking the inner courtyard, everyday we have a peacock visiting the courtyard making a show under the lemon tree. Also, the location is very central with walking distance from the magnificent park and daily fruit market. Excellent English breakfast included.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. We booked a room with bath, upon arrival it appeared unavailable due to a problem with the bath itself. The staff didn't inform us upfront and gave us a room with a shower without saying anything. I'm always booking rooms with a bath as my husband has back problems. After talking to the reception we were offered an apartment with bath instead. We appreciate the offered solution and we had a lovely stay.

Nothing much! The sound of the frontdoor woke me up a few times but at the same time I went to sleep quite early

The room was incredible! Spacious and it smells really nice. I like the information on the artist was also very nice. I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed it a bit more but I will be back later this year and hopefully I can book the same room but definitely the same hotel and I will stay for breakfast :)

Nothing really.

Location was perfect, took dogs and were so gracious about it. Lovely bed, bowls and treats for them. The staff was so welcoming. The restaurant was fabulous. Food was great. Not what you expect at a restaurant attached to a hotel. But really excellent food. Right in old town so you walked to everything. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

It is a town centre hotel and parking was a little challenging.

The hotel itself was exceptional, with a very clean and comfortable room, lovely decor and really friendly staff. The attached restaurant had an amazing choice of delicious food and wine for dinner and breakfast was great. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was very good, close to the market place, that is hold every day. A very good breakfast was between 8 and 10 am. Many interesting places are in Caldas da rainha. A ceramic museum, an art museum inside a big garden. A ceramic bowles, dishes and many beautiful things sold in an old ceramic fabric. I was only 3 days in Caldas and that is not enough. I need to come back and see more. We went to the beach Foz do Arelha, it was lovely there.

The hotel was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was quiet, comfortable, and gorgeous. The hotel is so beautiful and inviting. The staff was wonderful and helpful with letting us know what was in the area to see. The hotel has a restaurant attached that had delicious food and very tasty breakfast that was included. I can't express how great it was to stay here. It was our favorite hotel of all. Totally recommend for your visit.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The conversion of a typical and historic building, in this boutique hotel, is very good and pleasant. My room had a view to a very nice interior courtyard. The restaurant (accessing inside the hotel), where the breakfast is served is good, as well as the breakfast itself.
