No view, toilet had no ventilation, bed very low and no easy chair - no where to lounge about.

Delightful people, easy to find, access, keys. Good breakfast. Nice to have an honesty fridge.

Our room was very small and had an uncomfortable bed, more like a futon. It was a basic double room. I think there might be better rooms but these were not available to book.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town..The breakfast was lovely and generous. Coffee and cake available in the dining room.

Breakfast should be at 8 not 9. They did have it earlier (8:30) because another couple had asked. The room was small but comfortable but a shelf for the luggage would be nice rather than having it on the floor. Water bottle in the room for 2.50 euros, really??

Breakfast staff was kind and adapted to someone’s schedule (good for us also). Studio room surprisingly well organized but bed was lower than I prefer.

there is a bar around the corner of the hotel which is open late. since guests can sit outside, it tends to get noisy until 1am.

beautiful, individually decorated rooms. widely-selected breakfast with daily changing cakes/ pasteis de natas. sights and train station in walking distance. wide selection of restaurants in walking distance.

None- just be aware you are in a central location so don’t bring a lot of luggage.

Location- your smack dab center of town, close to all the sights. Room was super cute. Very clean, showers en suite. Great breakfast spread. Lady was kind enough to provide me some of that amazing honey jelly. Definitely recommend

Noise from the upper rooms, very thin floors and walls. Also there was an echo from the corridor and slamming doors, maybe good idea to put carpet on the stairs to reduce the echo. It is better probably to book rooms on the top floor. Otherwise no complains.

Lovely spacious room with great views. Awesome location, great breakfast. My room was on the 1st floor & was a bit noisy, so next time I would just request a room on the top floor, as the walls and floors are not sound proof, also there was an echo from the corridor, so it was a bit too noisy for me. Otherwise no complains.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful and huge, the balcony in the sun was an added bonus we weren't expecting. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good on the edge of the historic centre.

Absolutely no complaints -- great location and cozy rooms in Sintra in a very cool building. The breakfast spread is nothing fancy, but it's nice that they have it. I had to take a work call and the Wifi was great.

All was great, we did a late check-in by ourself, and we had some cake waiting for us... it was a very nice little surprise. Then we got an upgrade in our room, another surprise, and the room it was great. Big, clean, gorgeous, modern, but still with a sintra touch, and from the balcony we could see Quinta da Regaleira, and have a look to the sea in the distance. In the morning, we met some of the staff, very kind and helpful. And to finish, a great breakfast, in a very cute breakfast room. We loved the place. The decoration. The location. All great. Well done!

The exhaust fan in the Heather Flower room was very loud and could not be turned off, so it was difficult for the couple in that room to be comfortable. The fan could be heard in the Orange Blossom room as well.

The rooms (Superior Doubles) were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Comfortable bed and quiet location near city center.

Great location just up the hill from the city center. Very quiet and comfortable room. Even though breakfast was scheduled for 9:00, breakfast was made available at 8:30 so we could be ready for our tour at 9:00. We were also able to store our luggage until it was time to catch our train to Lisbon. Highly recommend!

It got noisey, as in you can hear people going up and down the stairs and in the room next door.

The location, the restaurants and bars on the doorstep, the size, style and quality of the room, the helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast! I was rained in for a day and the host was generous and helpful. Perfect place to get stuck really.
