There were no privacy curtains around the beds

The dorm rooms were well kept and colourful. My dorm had only four girls in it total so was a very comfortable stay, with few disruptions. The beds were very comfy and the private shower was the best one I’ve seen in a hostel!

It's in the very heart of downtown, near the São Bento station. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. I stay here whenever visiting Porto.

didn't like the TV in the kitchen/dining area or rather found it not to be necessary. as this area is in the basement there is no natural light there. if this area got a little make-over like painted murals on the wall it would give it a nicer atmosphere :)

very well equipped kitchen, they offer a good breakfast for just 2€. everything was clean, the staff is young, friendly and helpful. the WiFi worked pretty well, I could do some remote work without any problems. I found the beds/mattresses were quite comfortable, sockets next to the bed and a little lamp for reading at night. big spacious lockers for storing your valuables.

There's really nothing to mention here, but the snoring lady that stole my pillow. ...I got a new pillow (again, very helpful staff).

The staff is very helpful. You can see them being proactively fixing, cleaning, helping, and solving things. The rooms are comfortable. Very central.

Only 2 sticking points. The shower doesn't drain and always seems to pool the moment you start a shower, this happened in 2 of the rooms I stayed in. The only option is to pay in cash, which is fine for a short stay but can mount up in ATM and exhange fees if you withdraw more to stay as long as I did. Oh and maybe some bedside shelves could be nice for more easy storage space.

After a week I stayed for another since the staff were so friendly and made my stay more comfortable. Brilliantly clean, nice simple breakfast options and the WiFi was great to catch up on work with. Nicely equipped kitchen to save money with a bit of home cooking since the hostel is close to a few small supermarkets. Even though there was noise from the streets, the beds were comfortable enough for me to fall into a deep slumber.

No shower gel available in the bathroom, bring your own. Only the hand wash by the sink was available.

Great location, Staff friendly, helpful and smiling. Bed, pillow, duvet all comfortable. I was in a mixed 4 bed, spaces are available to move around, the place is clean, phone charger by your bed by the pillow side, towel available at the reception €1, breakfast available on the day if you have not booked it in advance, plenty of choice, the kitchen is clean and available. The community room is spacious, you can leave your bag at anytime without cost, all safe. The 24 hours reception and security were also convenient. Thank you for my great stay.

The showers were nice and well kept, but the shower head was only hand held and not mounted which was abnormal for me and slightly inconvenient, though not a big deal.

The location was great, super convenient and good views. The staff were also super nice and helpful. The key card and the lockers were both great and I like that the rooms are quads and not too big. The facilities are nice and well kept. The price is good and the towels can be rented for only 1€. Wifi works great. They can also set you up with a free walking tour which was nice
