Very convenient location for a shorter stay in town. Nice to be able to walk to all sights. Nice quirky old building but clearly renovated and suitable for hotel/accomodation.

The cracking sound of wooden floors in the middle of the night if you need to go to the bathroom and there’s someone else sleeping.

The property is located in a small street which was hard to find for a local Uber driver (we had to call for to get directions). It’s not a hotel with a lobby or reception. It’s an apartment building, a rep is in communication with you via WhatsApp and opens the main door upon your arrival. Once we went upstairs, then we were gladly surprised. The apartment had contemporary decor, great view, kitchen, etc. We only spent one night as we were heading to Porto the following day; but it’s surely a hidden gem.

The location is excellent, near the seafront and with loads of bars, restaurants and things to see. Easy to get hop on/off buses to museums, etc. Despite being busy outside, our apartment was very quiet with no disturbance. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

The beds were very comfortable and the little balcony was nice to take a look at Pink Street from above .. The Welcome beer was appreciated and the water came in very handy for the first walk around town! The fridge was practical to keep beverages cool and ready for the next day. The sofa was exactly what is needed to relax in and to put feet up after kilometers of exploring Lisboa. The build-in USB charger on each side of the bed came in handy, too! The noise proof windows kept night life noise out and we slept real well! Thanks a lot!

The location is a positive in how central it is, but it's a negative in terms how party-central it is (some may see this as a positive!). It's sat on Pink Street which has become a big tourist party magnet, with blasting music until 2-3am on weekends. If this isn't really your scene, this may not be the best place for you.

The room itself is very clean and comfortable; we had a huge soft bed, good pillows. The handover was great, the staff are very communicative. The room is so, so well sound-proofed (two layers of windows / doors) that you can't really hear any of the partying happening outside, and they give earplugs for those even louder nights.

Others have mentioned the noise, and it is very loud, even through closed windows and shutters. Not good foe light sleepers as you then need the air con in the loft as it gets very warm

Toilet flush often struck, running continuously. Heat did not work and required staff to have all the units on our floor use the same setting; bad design.

No full length mirror. Only mirror in the room is in the bathroom which didn't have great lighting so that made getting ready/doing make up a bit difficult but that would be only complaint really.

The room was so large and comfortable. We loved the double doors that opened up for a street view. The location was fantastic as well so close to all the things we wanted to do and see in Lisbon. When we checked in we were a bit nervous that it would be loud at night being so close to pink street, but we had no issues at all and were able to enjoy our trip.

The location was excellent, very central to all the main attractions in the city. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities you would need for a city break. Nothing was a problem for the staff anything we asked for help with was not a problem.

We liked all of it, the only thing would be to include a wardrobe, there is an open cloths rack but this is not a complaint but an observation.

Much more than just a hotel room, excellent for City Breaks, very spacious, fridge with selection of drinks at very reasonable prices, in the heart of the interesting part of Lisbon which was well serviced by bus and trams. Secure locked parking also available but limited spaces so book early. The staff always on hand with quick response time on Whatsup. We will be returning to Lisbon and hopefully back to Cais Urban Lodge
