The shower room couldn't prevent the water well which caused the water spilled to the floor in the bathroom and even into the room. It took me some time to mop the floor and just found there are several dusts in the floor.

No mention of the garden shown in the photos, which I was looking forward to. And the entrance and stairwell have no lighting whatsoever, leaving one to navigate them in pitch black when no overhead sun is present.

Building is on the green metro line and noise from the subway can be heard.

Breakfast was great- the room and the garden have lots of character where you can enjoy your coffe, toast and pasteries.

Upon arrival it was confusing as to how to enter. We buzzed for awhile before a staff opened door for us.

Not enough storage room for things, had to bring in a chair from the balcony and wait for it to dry after the rain. Lighting was miserable with insufficient ceiling light of cold white colour and impractical low bedside lights not giving enough light for reading.

You can hear the noise from the road and feel the vibration from the metro passing through. But it is acceptable for us.

The room is beautiful, spacious with balcony toward to the street. Lovely neighborhood with many shops surrounding. Well connected to public transport.

Soundproof condition. The metro operation makes noises and vibrations at night. The kitchen sound and dining room talk will impact the quietness in the morning. The internal environment is absolutely safe I should confirm.

Friendly staff. Very pleasant check-in and check-out experiences. Walking distance to the Tram 28 start station and its stops along the way, as well as metro stations. Many amenities around.

While the central location was great, it came with a lot of noise from the street.

The staff was very helpful and because we had an early connecting flight they even brought us breakfast to the room because we didn't have time for the buffet. Great location within walking distance of a metro station.

It is placed near metro station and really close to historic city centre. The personel was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. Reception is 24/7. The room was tidy and clean. I really recommend staying in OJT.

I missed the elevator. Carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor was tiresome. And no room telephone.

There was no table, so if you need to work from the room, you would have to do it from the bed. I used one of the patio tables to work a few hours.

Great value for money: decent breakfast and location close to the metro. A few restaurants in the area and mini markets for the necessities. The windows of many rooms go into inner yard, so there is not too much noise from the main street. Perfect for solo traveler.

Some staff seem to lack relationship and interpersonal skills and are not suited to working in a customer service role.

Room - was a lovely room, little noisey at night but it is in the city so I guess to be expected. Provide some milk to be able to make a coffee as many do not drink black tea or coffee. Breakfast - a toaster would assist and some better ventilation then just opening windows on a cold winter morning so that guests start to be cold. Location - good location as it is close to everything at walking distance.

TV could have been a little larger. Unable to find light switch inside entrance at bottom of stairs when arriving after dark. But neither of these would stop us from staying again.

No lift. Luckily a kind gentleman helped me lug my luggage up a level. Then i carried it down 2 levels myself. If your lugagge is heavy then that might be a problem.

The location. Green line metro brings you to the city centre in no time.

Two floors up without an elevator. Think carrying luggage. The garden is totally neglected
