The check in was difficult. Codes were hard to figure out. Lock on door wasn’t working correctly. Check in is 4:00 pm which is super late and when I got there at 4:15 they were still cleaning

There was some noise during the night from below the apartment.

The location was perfect, close to many sights, restaurants and shops. The decor and furnishings were of a high standard . The apartment was very well equipped.

First 24 hours was challenging with portable heater breaking and turning on oven turned off all electricity. However, staff response was immediate with quick fixes for both issues.

Very clean, bright, spacious studio. Convenient location with many restaurants and mini grocery nearby. Also walking distance to all major sites. LovelyStay staff are very responsive to needs.

Checking in was at the suite at 4 p.m. We waited for the entry code until the moment of entry at 4 p.m., which is not good because we did not have internet. When we entered the apartment it was not cleaned, so we had to leave and come back in two hours.

The location was good. Apartment comfortable.The owner has contacted us.

It was a bit hard to find the entry to the building and work out what floor the apartment was on. Bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud.

Was really spacious and just overall beautiful with an exceptional location.

It can be a little noisy during the nights as the hallway of the apartment is "open".

The location is amazing as you are really close to everything: Clérigos Tower, Sao Bento Station, Town Hall... You can walk everywhere. If you are hungry you can choose from a lot of restaurants and bars around the area. The apartment has everything set for you to cook some meals to save some money if you don't want to eat out everyday. It also has plenty of room to organise your clothes and put away your suitcases. They also have appliances such as iron, hairdryer, dishwasher...

This property pleasantly surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness, all at an affordable price. The modern, new furniture was impeccably clean. Its central location in a bustling area was excellent, and the 24-hour staff availability for assistance or questions was a definite plus. would highly recommend it.

This place is as lovely as it looks in the photos! We had a great week there and it felt like home. They had everything we needed to look after ourselves and the kitchen is fantastic as well.

Nice and spacious place that has everything you need. Loved the small balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The location is perfect: It is in the middel of the busy area, but the apartment is located in an alley which is quiet.

I wish the kitchen was a bit more stocked with items such as dish towels, and napkins.

The property was easy to find and access. Although centrally located, the building and apartment were quiet and very peaceful. The space was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay.

There was major works being done (a new metro line being put in) below the property and around the whole area. We were never told about this prior to booking. If the windows were shut it wasn't too bad but unfortunately the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and did not help with the heat. There were not enough towels and the shower leaked. The fan in the bathroom was also unbearably noisy! I did ask for more towels and told the management about the leak, and they said they would send someone over, but they never did!!

The location was good as it was very central.

Fantastic property right in the heart of Porto. Perfect access to local shops and the riviera. The property was perfect and the staff were there 24/7 to meet any issues we had. Would definitely return for another stay!
