No hotel transport to/from airport despite hotel info stated a shuttle was available. No early breakfast, so had to skip to get to airport in time. Distance from hotel to airport longer than that stated in hotel information. Elevator broken so clerk and I had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs and I had to take it all down when I left.

Air conditioner was off, we just opened windows but it was to load outside (bars on the street are open till 2-3 am). There are no shelves in the shower, no where to put soap or shampoo. Elevator was not working last day, was not a big deal for u but might be for some. Hotel is located on the 7th hill of the Lisbon, so a lot of walking up the hill. No iron, no hair dryer, no big deal just bring yours if you need it.

Excellent location, walkable distance to most major attractions. Room is big for 4 people, 4 beds. Bathroom size is very good. Room was cleaned daily. Excellent view from our room on 4th floor. A lot of bars and cafes few mins away

The first few days we stayed in the lower part of the building , I understand the building is under renovation, the room had 2 single beds which we’re comfortable, the furniture was tired and and not modernized, we almost changed our reservation for the second few days on our way back to Lisbon, we decided to stay again as it was our fourth visit to the hotel, upon arrival I asked if we could upgrade to a larger room and to our surprise we were pleasantly surprised as the top floor was fully renovated and was beautiful. We will return and will request that room we stayed it, over and over again. Good luck with all your renovations, looking forward to visiting beautiful Lisbon again🌸in the future.

The tiny elevator. The noise in the area, hard to fall asleep. And no access for adaptor, international use.

Breakfast is very small portions and limited ,. In the room was a terrible thing, on the wall there was a water pipe and all night we could hear how water goes down from other rooms and we couldn't sleep.

Very good for a sort stay, because it's up the high hills, but can get electric train to move around the City. And could get Uber just easier too, 5 minutes to Rossio metrô.

Difficult to find. And balcony is scarey due to wind. Breakfast is basic but help yourself.

Central location and reasonable staff who were helpful if you wait. Comfy bed and good facilities. Good soundproofing. Only stayed one night so perfect for what we needed. They had a fridge and safe and tv but we had no use for these. Good views but scarey balcony due to being high up and windy.

The room was FREEZING! There was no heating at all. The window blew open in the high wind letting in even more cold air. The room had a peculiar odor: part new plasterboard, part bad drains.

Very good location, 5 minutes from Bairro Alto, centrum 10 minutes. Bed was comfortable, fridge, tv. Nice view. Clean bathroom, fresh towels every day. Breakfast good, fresh bread and croissant. They allowed to leave there our luggage after checking out, because we flew home in the evening.

Our big bad was 2 small bads that were separating all the time. Water in the toilet was very complicated, sometimes there was no any, sometimes there was, but the pressure was low and most of the time we needed to wait 10 minutes for the hot water. Breakfast was quite poor.

Location is perfect, room was very nice, renovated and big. We were on the 5th floor, so the view was amazing. Extra charge for breakfast was quite cheap, and stuff was friendly.

AC was not heating good enough, hot water was running low, no ventilation or window in the private bathroom and the breakfast buffet selection was a bit disappointing.

Building was under construction. I wish this was specified under the booking. My room would have had a balcony, but it was boarded off? Wish that was also specified

There was construction underway on the lower floors and the stairwell just looked funky, old and dirty.

The person who was at the front desk when we arrived was really friendly, though he insisted on a thorough, slow and complete explanation of details even though my wife explained we were waiting for her in the car and only staying one night. The views from the top room were panoramic and cool.

Pretty sure our room wasn’t on the website a week earlier we stayed at a wonderful property for almost half I thought this was an upgrade ☹️ it was not
