All the staff were amazing and the breakfast was probably the best breakfast of our round Portugal trip. The room was perfect with outside space especially for our Great Dane. She seemed to get all the attention from the staff.

We have been to uncountable number of hotels over the years but this would have to be our undisputed favourite. Yes the facilities are great, the food excellent but the staff are the most helpful, understanding, kind and friendly we have ever encountered and elevated the experience. We will be back!

The suites are small, they don't have almost any space. There is not a common area except the dinning room. Not a fireplace or a library. The restaurant is overly expensive. Although the food is really good, I don't think it's worth the price. Too expensive. The massages are not fantastic.

The staff is amazing, they are very kind and always trying to give you all you need. The location is perfect to visit Porto but in a calm and secluded place. The bungalows area is awesome with a lot of place to walk the dog and to rest. The Spa area is just so good. All works well and it's breathable.

Food could be better, some days the food was not so good, very dry pancakes. 3euros for 3 slices of burnt bread was a bit too much.

Air con machines has bright lights which shine into the room at night and you can't cover it up. The rooms in the main building are a little plain and feel overpriced versus the cabins.

You need to to be aware that breakfast only starts at 8.30 (we were usually waiting for) and is delicious but not the fastest. minimum time to calculate is around 40min. so most likely you don't start your explorations before 10am. Also it seems stressfull for the waiters as they have to bring you everything. it seems that giving the customers the chance to get at least coffee and bread themselves would make the waiters life easier and speed up the process. if you are relaxed on holidays you won't bother too much. we would come again. 10/10!

This was a lovely little hotel - modern and clean - in a little village. For us, it was the perfect place to start our explorations of Porto and the region (by car). We especially liked the friendly staff that was ready to help, give recommendations or explain you some details about the hotel at any time. The hotel is small and has a quite big spa area for that size (steam bath and sauna). When we used it, we were the only two people in the spa and it felt like a private place. A bit unexpected where some of the Asian touch dishes on the dinner menu (ramen, gyoza, lasagna with coconut milk). As I love Asian dishes and they were cooked well, it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms looked like on the pictures and were comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the daily water refill.

We booked Quinta do Pedregal for 4 nights for my birthday trip. Our stay was simply excellent ! Our room/lodge was so cosy, clean and made/decorated with taste. The staff and their attention to details and to their clients was exceptional, we felt well taken care of. They spoke to us in our native language the whole time, they were all kind and super helpful. Special thank you to Raphaela. The spa amenities were amazing too and clean. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and also for one dinner we had there was made with fresh ingredients only and was wonderful. Thank you again !

The only possibly downside we could think of was that, whilst the food was fantastic, if you are a particularly picky eater, there isn't much else around if the menu for that evening/lunchtime didn't appeal. Knowing the staff and hotel though, I'm sure they would be more than willing to accommodate if asked!

A fantastic short break. For the price, you would struggle to find anything better in terms of a hotel/spa experience. Very easy to get to from Porto, what really makes the place special is the staff, who made our whole experience as welcoming and comfortable as it could possibly be

I cannot say anything. Perhaps the outside table in the room could be bigger to have breakfast there but still excellent.

We absolutely loved this place. I booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend who came to visit from England. Veronica helped made of it a great surprise even though his flight was delayed by ensuring we had warm excellent food in our arrival (out of hours). We stayed at Sobreiro room which is stunning and so intimate, it was an experience we will never forget. We also order breakfast to the room which was excellent too. The facilities are outstanding, the pool and the sauna were great. We booked the e-bikes and did one of the routes suggested which was a great shout! The best thing of all is the staff, they made us feel like king and queen, and at home all at the same time! Special thanks to Veronica, Rafaela and Filipa for their caring and professional service and attention, those girls are gems! They even let us shower and use the spa way passed our check out time which facilitated things for travelling to Galicia next. I am really thankful for all of it, outstanding stay! (and he loved it :))

There could have been some simple food choices I ate at the hotel every night and it would have been nice to have had a simple food choice on some occassions - more salads. There was no hair conditioner, which would have been nice to have had.

The staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I was by myself but did not feel alone. They really made me feel so comfortable. The accommotation was also amazing as was the food. I cant rate this highly enough.
