The room was damp and cold, we asked for a heater, but they didn't have one. Mould and rust in the tiny shower space. It was very disappointing even at the price.

No one spoke English, I arrived a bit late and it took me 10mins before someone answered the door as they were watching TV and could not hear me.

Basic accomodation and a shared bathroom but for the cost it is worthwhile.

In the evening I noticed there was no hot water in december... I told the lady who should be either the owner or the manager, and she insured me that I just needed to let it run a bit, even though I had waited quite a bit, and I do not like water wastage. In the morning I had exactly the same issue, and only around 11am (almost check out time), she stated the boiler was off, and turned it on. I find this unacceptable, obviously. And it is a real pity, since I appreciated my stay for the rest.

They were very kind, especially the chinese man at reception, and the Lady who cleans in the morning. They gave me a twin room with private bathroom, even though I had booked a single with shared bathroom. Huge windows, spacious room, and pleasant nature all around. Perfect location, and even two free parking spaces. It is kind of an asiatic guesthouse, so do not expect perfection. The value is ok for the price.

The condition of the building was very poor. It is not kept well. Everything is old and needs renovating. The shared kitchen was only shown to us on the second day, and then the kitchen was very dirty and not nice to use. There is a dampness and it is a bit cold too. But we were given a heater and extra blankets when asked.

The staff were accommodating and moved me to a different room when I asked and also provided me a heater for the room. The beds were comfortable and the place very quiet - I slept super well. The rooms were cleaned every day. It is amazing location near the beach.

The staff cannot speak English, but it is OK overall. They clean the room every day. The shared bathroom is also OK. I think it is value for money. It is located near the beach and train. It is convenient.

The staff doesn't speak english except one receptionist, i was lucky that he was there when i checked in. The sound isolation is terrible so i woke up at night multiple times on the noise by other guests.

The entrance and reception were not the best. The facilities were old and poorly maintained. It looked as if there were recent attempts to up grade the facilities-,there needs to be more done.

Bed is a bit small and tall. Shared bathroom not very clean and it needs some renovation. I couldn't sleep well because of lots of mosquitoes. Staff doesn't speak English and are not very friendly. I don't know why the housekeeper lady is always sleeping in the lobby room and it seems she is doing the laundry and ironing there. Perhaps the owner should think of a better way to use the space and let your housekeeper sleep and work elsewhere, and the lobby would be a good space for guests to enjoy. There's no breakfast and it's a bit far to go to any cafetaria from the hotel.

Room is very basic which is OK, but the toilet is very small, old with no windows. Bathroom is diveded from the bedroom with a foldable plastic door, not giving much privacy. The shower is tiny with plastic curtains, so the floor of the toilet was constantly wet every time you took a shower. It's a beautiful house and it would be nice if the owners improved the rooms.

When we arrived despite already pre-paying on Booking.com the lady who checked us in tried to ask us to pay again, I'm not sure if this was a miscommunication but she had the booking infornt of her which had a tick next to the payment so it seemed like she was seeing if we would pay again.
