The evening buffet was boring. We had one night at the restaurant as we did not have all inclusive, and it was not worth the additional fee for the buffet.

Nice staff. As it was my birthday, when I got back from the activities of the day there was a cake in my room. Beautiful rooms. Nice pool, and nice breakfast restaurant.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. There was a good variety of food at the buffet. The pool was a nice temperature and there were enough sunbeds. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing breakfast, good vicinity to Lagos, gorgeous view of the sea, nice to walk on the boardwalk, great restaurant recommendations from hotel staff. I also like all the water refill stations that promote reusing bottles.

The cleanliness of room was poor and appeared to have not replenished minibar. Huge stains on carpet that were never cleaned after spots were shown to staff. Charged for parking on third night and garage was empty.

Since I travel all over the world, I have some comments to make:In the bar on the fourth floor, there are some loose buttons on the sofas, shouldn't be.The cushions on the chairs at the poolside garden rooms are not clean. The loungers must also be clean and should not have any dirt, sorry for that.There should be more umbrellas at breakfast on the terrace.These infos are not negative.This information is not meant negatively but as an incentive!!

The inside pool was cold and it was supposed to be heated. The outside pools were too cold. Only buffet at night, could be nice to have more options, a la carte. The bathroom was not clean at all

The layout of the hotel can be complicated and it took us sometime to understand. We booked a room with double bed however upon check in we were given with a room with single bed. There were no room service until we had to call them to clean up the room.

A heated pool would have been nice. The pools were all lovely but a warmer one would have meant more swimming for us, as the water felt quite cold.

We enjoyed the location of our room, near the pools, dining room, lobby, snack bar. Access to the beach was good. We loved the lobby entertainment in the evenings. The Chef was very responsive to our requests for vegan and gluten-free items. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade to all-inclusive, once we arrived. We also appreciated the willingness of staff to make our stay enjoyable, for example, setting up tables of 10 for us at most meals, as we were in a large group and wanted to sit together. The mealtimes were a real highlight. The drinks at the bars were delicious.

the breakfast is very good and the location is bliss. better than meia-praia beach itself :D the room and the bathroom are nicely designed and the bathtub is a really nice touch. loved chilling next to the plam trees looking at the sea. very relaxing.

at 4 pm while we were taking a nap , knocking on the door for mini bar was very annoying.
