  • Inn at Crestwood Review Score: 3

“The balcony view and the chipmiunks. I have never resorted to writing a poor review online. However, I am VERY disappointed, almost angry, with my husband's and my experience at the Inn. The SPA is closed. The tennis courts deserted. The reception by staff is poor (they never did acknowledge us!). The breakfast is ridiculous - the second day it wasn't even put out by the time we left at 8:15 - bagels, butter and jam, Del Monte fruit cocktail - REALLY!?). No one seems to be in charge. The room smelled like mold. There is NO daily housekeeping so we had the same towels, no trash clean-up (but we were careful and fastidious). The cost is $350+ daily!?!? Do NOT book this place. It's awful.”

  • “Location was great. Walkable to shops/food on Main Street, yet nestled on a quiet side street for quaint privacy. Best of both worlds. Great breakfast within a 3min walk.”

  • Laughing Heart Lodge Review Score: 9

“The location was excellent, as we were able to park in the forest service lot behind the Lodge and the AT brought us right out to that lot. We did have to drive to town, though, for dinner and shopping as there were not sidewalks to walk all the way to town safely. The grounds were very relaxing and I enjoyed the koi pond, feeding the fish and the meditation maze. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless. The breakfast was very nice and we especially enjoyed the homemade granola. We will be back when we are in the area.”
