There was no internet connectivity and even my phone connectivity with an e-sim was very weak. This meant working at night or staying in touch with my family was a big problem.

It was in a convenient location and it had a place to eat just a few meters away.

Absolutely no food or drink supplies despite it being an apartment with a kitchen. Usually somethings are there (e.g. salt / pepper / coffee / tea and sometimes spices or other basics). The frying pan supplied did bot work with the confection stove, but the owner found a way to provide one that did work. Check-in was very painful. The booking.com web site said I would be met at the property on a agreed time and that information would be supplied (code, eifi etc) a day before. In fact, the host had sent a detailed message about 16 hours before, but Booking.com did NOT forward it until after I had arrived at the property. This message included critical details including the host's phone number. Emailing using the Booking.com system was slow and ineffective.

Quite small bathroom.

Excellent place for both: longer and shorter stay. Apartment is huge. You have everything you need, including kitchen facilities, desk, TV, WiFi. Washing machine is available. Very comfortable bed. Great location - Vegagatan is a very quiet street. Close to the city center (Martenstorget - 10 min. walking). Very helpful host.

I found it to be a cold apartment. Although the heating was at maximum, it was not enough. Maybe comfortable for a Scandinavian. If there was a portable heater it would be nice

The wifi reception was not great because I was on the highest floor. As I needed to do some video calls for work this was a little annoying but if you are there for vacation that is totally fine.

The bike locks were rusted. And one if the bikes was flat. Only had use of 1 bike but we needed 2.

We were 3 persons but we were provided with only one pair of towels. As we had our own we didn't ask for extra, I am sure they would have provided us, but it would have been more proper to have them anyway. Mind that at No2 apartment, which half of it is at the semi-basement level, you will smell the humidity, but we were prepared, it was expected.

The location is in a residential green area, very quite, and very convenient to visit the centre on foot. The availability of bicucles made the whole city easily accessible. We could cook our dinner at the fully equiped kitchen. We had a bathroom and a WC, one at each level.

The bed sheets, floors, bathroom, kitchen were very clean, but the quilts, bed lining and sofa were quite dusty. Being allergic to dust meant that we needed to perform private cleaning operations to be able to sleep well at night. In the bathroom, there should be something on the wall to hang clothes and towels.

The apartment has separate entrance from yard, with large own verandah. Well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom. Bathroom, kitchen, windows, doors are in good condition. Very quiet street, civilized neighborhood. In walking distance from city center.

I struggled with the TV set up. And bring your own shampoo if you are staying here! I stayed in an upper floor, so ask which floor your apartment is on if you travel with luggage.

It's good value for money, considering Sweden is expensive. Checking in is super easy.

It was cold in bedroom during the night even thou when we arrived outside were 25C. Maybe locals are used with low temperatures while sleeping but we were feeling cold during night.

Great location for our trip purpose. Close to our god-daughter gymnasium where graduation ceremony was held, and close to grocery and restaurants. We also get keys to 3 bikes so we can enjoy discovering Lund by bike.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. An additional feature in the house could be a large mirror as the bathroom one is not convenient and there is not enough light to get ready.

The location was really convenient as it is walking distance from the town center and the botanical gardens. The room size is perfect for two people.

- The WiFi had some ups and downs, the speed in general is good but the signal is unstable. I had moments when it was impossible to open my banking app. - The check-in information was a bit late for my taste. I would've preferred receiving the necessary information earlier than just 4 hours before check-in. - The apartment didn't have any pepper, salt, oil or other cooking items to cook with. I only found out about it when I started cooking on the first day (note: kitchen utensils were good)

Good overall experience. After booking Charlotta (the manager) offered me a different place to stay (Villa Charlotta), as another guest wanted to stay close to her daughter. The place gives a good idea of how living in Lund might be, the neighborhood is close to the city center. From time to time you see some students buzzing about, I believe there is an apartment block with student housing in the same street. If you need something, you can always ask Charlotta. She drove me to the place when I was looking for it. A bike is included in the pricing. Take note, the apartment is a bit of an old building (the charm is up to personal preference).

There was a slight bad smell (like in a basement) in the whole apartment and the bathroom. The shades were quite dusty. I stayed for a whole week, so I could use a spare garbage bag and one more extra roll of toilet paper. There is a TV in the room, but you need to request a receiver in advance if you want to watch the TV channels, otherwise there is an HDMI cable for your laptop.

It is very close to the center. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot, but there is also a bus stop very near the villa, which bus takes you to the center and the central station. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes from the villa. The apartment was very spacious with all necessary amenities. Spacious bathroom! Comfortable bed. You can borrow bicycles free of charge. Free laundry machine and a dryer in the basement, just buy your own detergent.
