Two things should be improved is quality of pillows ( they very old and not comfortable ) and aircon in the bedroom is extremely noisy that we had difficulty with sleeping.

Hotel I absolutely beautiful surrounded by nature. Very nice gym. And they Indian restaurant on roof top it is something else. It was experience not only dinning. Definitely happy to back again

Quite far from the beach, and the property is on so many levels that even after 5 days we couldn’t find our way around it! It’s not that well layed out/signed (this is a minor point and didn’t detract from our stay)

We were told upon arrival we had a free upgrade to our room. However upon checking out we were charged 4000 baht for 2 nights . When challenged at reception the said they said we agreed at check in but that was not true. Given our taxi was outside and we had to get a ferry we had no time to wait around to resolve . This then but a bad end to our fantastic stay at the hotel and now will not return.

Drinks (non-alcoholic) not included with half board. Rooms are not as clean as they should be. Shower lights are not for showering, they are more for ambiance.

Super friendly service from staff. Transport within the resort by golf cart, always quick. Breakfast spread is always great.

Breakfast buffet was beyond amazing!!! Room was huge. Loved the tub & all the storage space. Enjoyed all the different lighting options. Smart TV was a plus esp to accommodate different languages Garden view was lovely! Lunch & dinner were presented beautifully & delicious. Phenomenal grounds & adults only pool.

Getting around the hotel felt like a maze but thankfully there is a buggy that can be used to manoeuvre around the hotel

The shuttle vans are limited to only going out of the resort. For a five star hotel of this calibre I expected there to also be shuttles returning to the hotel. Instead you have to find your own way back. The hotel should hire dedicated drivers. Also because of the limited drivers, there are limited times slots for leaving the resort, which means the need to pre-book times to you want to venture out. I also almost was not let onto the shuttle because I wasn't told I had to pre-book. If you look at the card it doesn't say you had to pre-book. The dining is pricy, but that's to be expected of these hotels. As the place is so huge, it's easy to get lost at the start, but once you get used to where you're located it's not that bad. Some other improvements: • The TV had a really bad connection and did not provide the ability to connect to my Netflix account. • The gym is quite pitiful. There's barely any equipment or weights, it needs an upgrade.

Breathtaking resort. Really clean, spacious, private, luxurious topped with incredible peaceful views of the ocean and surrounding forest. The location is excellent because it's quite close to Patong but far enough away from the chaos. You're essentially in your own luxurious cliff side resort. I stayed on one of the pool access rooms. The room is beautifully designed with easy to use controls, really cool lighting and remains cool all day long. I really enjoyed dining at one of the restaurants - which was located in the rooftop, with amazing sunset views. The food was also so delicious. The service was excellent. Every staff member I encountered was really kind and thoughtful, thank you for making my stay much better.

Our Jacuzzi room had very dirty windows and they couldn't be washed well. After contacting the staff, they reacted very quickly and re-glued the film. The problem was solved quickly, thank you. I would also attribute slightly tired sun loungers by the pool to the disadvantages, it seems to me that they should look better in such a hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the territory is large, we really liked it. The breakfasts are excellent and varied. The half-board included a dinner/lunch menu. The portions are large and delicious. There were some minor flaws, which I will describe below, but everything was quickly resolved.

Only downside to our stay was our room wasn’t ready for check in time. So we had to get into our swim wear in the lobby toilets & leave our luggage in the lobby. We aren’t fussy but after a long haul flight we just wanted to unload & relax

It’s a maze and you will be lost at times.

One of the most beautiful properties in Phuket. Really big rooms with Balcony, really quiet, delicious food and really good food menu. Breakfast buffet has endless options for all nationalities. Rooftop lounge is really beautiful and with great music and perfect for sunset views. Little far from Patong but there are several free shuttles to Patong and Karon

The half board package does not include any drinks for your dinner and you have to buy them on the side (not even juice). Half board package you have to pay extra fees for dinner depending on the meal you have chosen. What’s the use then might as well just book for breakfast only and don’t include dinner because you are limited

Nothing it was fantastic

Everything was amazing the staff, facilities, food, drinks, and vibes. It was a relaxing place the staff were amazing. The breakfast was extremely good has many choices. Sizzles restaurants and bar was very high level of food.
