You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The manger is very receptive and attends to your needs. The supporting staffs especially the luggage pickers and parking guards are excellent and very service oriented

MyanmarThe facilities are old. And the difference between 3rd and 4th floor is a lot considering they have the same prices. The fourth floor is a lot cleaner and neater than the third floor rooms. And some facilities like bed and bathroom seem like they are going to break in any minute.
It’s near the city center which is the place of shopping district full of major shopping centers like Central world and BigC. And there’re lots of street food shops nearby the hotel.

SingaporeIf I'm not wrong, this is a 2-star hotel, and you can't expect the cleanliness with the price you paid for. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms have cockroaches. This is the biggest let down of our stay in this hotel. Really hope they could improve it in the near future.
Hotel is located at very center of the shopping district. Very convenient to shop around Platinum, CentralWorld, MBK, Pratunam Day/Night Market as it close proximity. This could be the only main bonus of staying in this hotel.
