Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The mattress was like a rock. The bed frame made a lot of noises when moving.
Central to the entertainment precinct’s and night markets. Reception lady Pop was friendly and helpful. Provided good local knowledge on places to eat. The swimming pool was refreshing after exploring.

Apparently there are 4 Night Bazaars in Chiang Mai my taxi driver could not find this hotel so continued on foot it has a sign but it reads Elderly hotel in big letters and then Night Bazaar Boutique hotel underneath in small letters so easy to miss and walk past because when you see the sign it easy to think that it is the Elderly hotel not the Night Bazaar Boutique hotel ! The toilet/shower has a step down and then another step down which could be easy to miss and trip you up !
Good location near all entertainment facilities and restaurants.

If you're looking for an actual fitness centre, the gym here is not for you! I was hoping to do a workout, but there was no chance. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on rocks.
The staff were amazing! Spoke basic English and were only too happy to help. The pool was lovely! Very happy they were able to accommodate my request for a softer bed and pillow though!

It would have been nice to have trash cans in each room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There are trash cans in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, there isn’t a lot of food stands or eateries close by, especially if you get hungry late at night. There is a 7-eleven within walking distance. If you do get hungry at night and you don’t have transportation available, you can order food delivery from Grab.
It was comfortable and the location was close to where I needed to be everyday. The owner was kind and accommodating. She even booked a taxi for me and my family. There is a cafe downstairs, but I didn’t get a chance to try it. The cafe has pizza, select Thai dishes, and drinks and is only open during business hours. There is also a bunny shop downstairs next to the cafe. I also like that there is a refrigerator. There’s also AC in both of the rooms. Overall, this was a great value for our needs and it was comfortable/homely.

My first time in Chiang Mai. And I will never stay anywhere else. This place is PERFECT. The location is unbelievable. The staff are so lovely and so accommodating. I’ve had such a wonderful stay here.

Very bad. Aircon no cold and filter all dusty even though ask them to service but nothing done. Water pressure very weak. Can't even have a proper bath. The whole room is so hot and not even a fan and air con no cold at all.

Too noisy especially early in the morning. Old style non fire proof doors allowed the slightest noise through. I was on the ground floor so lots of traffic thus every conversation was heard.

No breakfast, we were told breakfast would start on 7th of November . Had to ask for shampoo and were told we could have 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bar of soap. No coffee or tea, no kettle .etc. Really disappointed with this booking.
Not a lot, really expected much more for the price we paid, Have got much better hotels in Chiange Mai at half the price.

Need to include Fox News on TV channels little coffee packets would be nice to have every morning.
