We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

On arrival met by super friendly staff. The room had sea view Aircon . Outside you can walk to beach in 2 minutes restaurants every where. I would recommend to anyone staying in hua hin. And of course swimming pool on roof. You can see for miles. See you next year De pastel

GermanyWear and tear: the place must have been a “piece of jewelry” when newly opened. However, time is taking its toll with worn edges on furniture, stained metal surfaces and ageing plumbing. That is fine when considering the price.
Great location: The hotel is a detached building on an empty plot of land. A narrow alley leads to the beach some hundred meters away. There are beach loungers for rent. Snacks and drinks readily available. In the other direction, towards the main road, there is a shopping mall about 350m away; for those who need. Great staff: Reception might not always be (wo-)manned, but you can always reach the staff who is very helpful and accommodating.

AustraliaThe breakfast provision was parsimonious. Coffee was below par. No fruit. 1 tiny "juice". 2 tiny chicken sausages and 2 eggs done how you want. Ham on the poster was missing in action. At least staff didn't mind if you brought in your own provisions. Room door jammed on floor when opened half way. Inadequate fix lasted only 1 day. Place could do with smartening up.
The staff are pleasant and when the lane way isn't flooded it's easy to get out and about. Very close to a nice beach and beach side restaurant. The roof top pool was a pleasure - small but good enough for a wallow.
