For most the lack of any heating to any of the bathroom showers or taps wont be a problem. For me, a cold shower before breakfast doesn't really invigorate. You could have a deluxe room with a spa bath though...

Large room, clean and very helpful staff, a convenient stopping off point on the long train journey south and very reasonable prices.Okay breakfast in the river garden room. Prachuap Khiri Khan is a lazy seaside town, with some notable landmarks and a great restaurant just opposite the railway station.

There used to be free bicycles, no longer. The front cafe no longer exists and the patio area out front is away too.

Nice location. Helpful staff. View from our room on 4th floor was lovely. Clean, comfortable. No breakfast but there is a breaky restaurant about 5 mins walk towards town, near 7 11.

Felt a bit tired, booked 2 rooms, had to change 1 room as aircon didn't work, other triple room had no view, looking at run down property next door.

Hotel quite dated. Suspect due to covid restrictions and lack of tourists upgrades not undertaken. Our room had mouldy shower curtain and water stained (from room above) ceiling. But great views.

The hot food at breakfast had high variance. I really loved the wonton soups but did not like when they tried to emulate western breakfast. I would advise against the ham and hotdogs, but the fried eggs are good. One of the bars is within earshot and can get loud Fri/sat nights so don't be going to bed early :) never bothered me. Shower is just a bit odd but gets the job done. The room had no Kleenex. The pillows are flat. The lighting was dim in the room if that is something you care about.

The location of the hotel is great. Great view of the river and the ocean from the room. Service was great and everything was always clean. Rooms are very large and have a desk. The front desk helped guide me to many tourist attractions and helped me call tuktuks to any of my destinations. ( Including back to the train station at the end of my trip which was very helpful) Breakfast is overlooking the river and is really awesome and peaceful in the morning. I loved the little donuts and jelly! Wifi is strong and fast for most people but one of my devices really struggled on the 3rd floor. Not sure if it was just me. The hotel wifi in the lobby was lightning-fast. Lobby was very quiet and spacious. There are ~5 great restaurants, 2 cafes, 2 bars within 5 min walking distance. All of which range from good to great. There is also a 7/11 next door which is super convenient. Toilet paper+ bidet provided. Soap and other amenities were provided and refilled. Laundry service was provided for some extra money.

The beach just opposite the hotel is currently "being renovated." Hopefully, it will work out and improve the beach and boardwalk next to it. Nothing from the hotel as such disappoints.

We often return to this hotel, because of it's pleasant location and great views from the rooms.

The location of hotel was a little far out from main town for walking. We hired bicycle's which made it much better.

Cleanliness of the hotel and bedrooms. Breakfast location was in a pleasant location.

Front staff service mind

Staff manner is bad she motioned that dont know how Booking ply with a word 'sea view' on the app. but she can only gave normal room a bit wired. This is should not be an answer to guest and not good for Booking reputation as well.
