Room is quute old and lack of maintenance

WiFi was not working at all. Door lock was not working. Lock has been repaired the next day upon our request.

Location was good, we can reach Walking Street via Tuk Tuk #20 Baht per person from hotel. Breakfast was also good. The only thing that staff should mention what is vegetarian food & whats not.

The breakfast was bad There should be coffee and tea available for you to make as you like not just a ready made tae and black coffee. Also the bread is only one type. Not much choices of food or at least what is provided do not suit the majority of people, there should be more varieties available.

this place for sure doesn’t have 4 starts. is old, dirty, pool is open 24/7 so there is children in there before 7 and drunk people after midnight. breakfast is awful, location is terrible

got to the property and the room wasn’t clean rubbish on the floor an around the bed also bed sheet didn’t look clean. changed room and the room had a smell to it also on the last day the shower wasn’t working. an also it’s a four or five minute walk to a main road.

We knew it wasn’t going to be a plush hotel due to the price of £24 per night for our room. The hotel was functional but very basic .It looked old and worn out .Breakfast was ok but I wouldn’t say it was tasty.

Dust in every corner of the room, visible dust on the doors to the bathroom and closet. The showers walls looked like they had never been cleaned before. No hot water and very poor water pressure. Also, a lot of stray dogs outside. Some ignore you and are playful, yet some of them are really aggressive.

There's a lot of stray dogs outside. I almost got bitten by them. Unfortunately, there's no security guard on duty in front of the hotel the time that it happened. Even the receptionist didn't care about what's going on while he's seeing me. Seriously? Even if the dogs are from a neighbor, you have to take good care of your guests. If I got bitten, would you care to take me to the hospital and pay for medical expenses? This incident must be escalated so no more people will get the same inconvenience.

There are many stray dogs outside. The drive down to the hotel looks abit dodgy Also I hope you like cold showers as ours never got warm

The room is a nice size, comes with a fridge and nice sized wardrobe. We also had a balcony which was nice, bed was comfy and clean.

We arrived in the hotel with hotel’s door shut, all lights are off. No one email or notify me hotel is closed!!!!!! We are shocked, travelling with 2 young children, arriving in the night and seeing the dark hotel. But luckily hotel has a security guy checked our booking, made a phone call, and send us to Golden tulip beach resort, it’s better than this one. Still..
