Regarding the reservation system. At first, I booked via Agoda but it passed through the 3rd party, Booking.com. I called directly to the hotel to check my booking and the staff informed me that there was no available room I booked as the allotment between the hotel and online was not matched. There was no room for me. So I had to book directly to the hotel. Once I got to the room (Room 30), the shower (connected to the water heater) had an electrical leak which shocked me. Staff immediately checked but could not fix it at that time, so they moved me to another building (Le Club Hotel) opposite side of the hotel. The room size was good, but I found a dead cockroach on the floor, the water heater didn't work, and very noisy from the neighbor's room watching movies during the night.

Good price, good location, friendly staff "Sharif". Enjoy the nighttime at the bar and pool. Very surprise with the welcome card which include beer and meal promotion.

the dorms had no windows so they constantly smelt musty and there was not enough toilets for the amount of dorms and they were dirty all the time. the pool was also too hot it wasn’t refreshing

The staff, specifically Dany at the reception. The location is great in bantam. Close to clubs , pubs , 7eleven in the midway between head rin and tong salsa. Simples rooms in fair price , restaurant, nice pool. Best place for meeting other travelers.

Had a private room and the door didn’t lock from the inside so had to sleep with it unlocked! It is a party hostel so music is constantly loud! The staff on the bar were so rude! The pool was filthy.

The quality of the mattress, you can feel the springs... The dog they have there looking so miserable, with a skin infection. Needs to be see by a vet.

The western staff are super rude and it's hard to tell who works there and who stays there. The music is loud no matter where you stay and sometimes doesn't stop until 2am. A man came into my dorm at 3am one night and woke me up by grabbing my arm, and asked if I was "Sophia". He left immediately but I had locked the dorm door when I went to sleep so maybe someone left it open after, or maybe the lock doesn't work well. Either way it scared me. Worth mentioning because I am unsure if it was a staff member or not.

The staff are super nice and funny. The pool is always nice and cool and the food is affordable and delicious. Dorms are cheap and you get what you pay for! Good location and they rent motorbikes and do laundry on site for a good price. Air Con dorms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean, shower was hot! Beds were comfortable also.

There's a sign that says "Welcome all new customers to ARENA, get your free welcome drink".. When we asked about it in the afternoon, the bar told us "after 8pm" and then after that time, a french guy, I think he was the manager, said in a very rude way that only the next day we can get it.. This was upsetting, not because of the drink, but yes about the rudeness.

If you come looking for a party hostel, you'll have it.. Many people from the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We paid for a private room with private bathroom but was put in two separate places each night. 1st night was amazing, 2nd night wasn’t so. The hostel wasn’t as social as we first imagined it to be. Maybe it was the time we stopped but wouldn’t stop here again!

First night we was put in a very nice villa with shared bathroom which was amazing. So spacious and had the best views from our balcony. This wasn’t part of the actual hostel but was nice to have the choice to go to the hostel at night if we wanted too.

The rooms were kinda clean, they didn't clean every day but they took care of everything I asked. No hand soap and no hot water for the shower. The prices are changing drastically, from 60 Bhat to 400 Baht, and not on the full moon‘s 5 nights. So basically you cannot plan a long stay there, or extend your stay. They won't allow drinks or food in the dorm, but the prices at the bar are not cheap, so you have to go to 7-Eleven. And they charge for even just a glass of hot water. So basically, don't expect a cheap stay.

There wasn't even a hanger in the room to hang clothes. Outdoor cleaning was not good at all. I think it is necessary to vacuum it once in a while. The fans were covered with dirt like tar. If you feel sick, it seems impossible to rest in your room because loud music plays until midnight and then the loud noise of the guests sitting outside does not let you sleep. It is also necessary to think three times before entering the pool.

The staff was friendly, the food was affordable and delicious. The music selections were good. Location was good.

-Music from 9 am to 12am (midnight) on loud speaker with full volume even when no one is there in common areas! -after full day learning kitesurfing in cold salty water, we needed warm shower. We noticed gyser/water-heater/thermostat in pictures of shared bathrooms, but none of the gyser is working to provide a little warm water. -Outside Food and Beverages not allowed in all premises -No place to dry clothes even in the room or neither any line outside somewhere in corner. Also rule like drying up clothes not allowed. - No hookes in the room to hang towels. - They tried to give us smaller room which wasn't in the pictures of booking.com saying you booked room with fan but we upgrade it for free with air con. We saw pictures just after to reconfirm, went and show them the pictures doesn't match and anyway on booking we took room with aircon for reservation. They understood the mistake and right away gave us room matching pictures, which was much more spacious.

We booked room no 1, double bed with air con and shared bathroom. -Room was spacious, aircon worked well, bed was comfortable and sheets and blankets were clean. Clean towels were provided. -There were many activities/sports to do, vibe was alive in the evening time. -All essentials were available from near by seven eleven. -Welcome cocktail, 1 hour of sports complementary and thai food with purchase of one beer felt actually welcoming.

When we first arrived we had no running water but this was dealt with straight away. The next morning we had no electricity and had to ask a couple of times can they fix it. If your looking for a quiet night this is not the place to be, music is extremely loud at night time but it’s expected for a party hostel. We stayed for 3 nights and it was plenty

It was a lovely place to meet people, and is a good party hostel. We got the private room which was lovely for a hostel. Food was very good and reasonable priced.

Great place to meet people. If you’re looking for a quieter place you can ask for the private bungalows on the other side of the road. Otherwise, you won’t be getting much sleep.
