Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The swimming pool water is boiling, but I guess it's due to the wild hot temperature outside. Cleanliness could be improved as well as the bathroom furiniture.
Hotel located in a quiet soi, not far from the main Sukhumvit road and the bts station. The room is large and fairly clean. The staff is kind and quite attentive. Nice swimming pool to relax on the 6th floor

Not really a legitimate complaint, but the water in the rooftop infinity pool was really warm.
Wonderful boutique hotel located near skytrain, restaurants and bars. The staff are great. I have stayed here many times, and will continue to do so when in Bangkok. Highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at this wonderful hotel near BTM! The room was fantastic—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities I needed. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore in the area. The hotel is close to the skytrain but most of the highlights of bangkok are not easily accessible with the skytrain. So we ended up with taking a taxi most of the time which takes quite a while due to the bangkok traffic jams.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very nice.

Cleaners had radios which were VERY loud outside room so made for early awakenings. Pool bar was nice but no regular staff.
5 mins walk to nearest BTS. Nicely decorated and pool was clean

For the money nothing to dislike.
Very good location close to the sky train, small but lovely rooftop pool with nice views over the city. Buffet breakfast very good, room was well equipped and clean, nice shower and comfortable bed. Gym was small but sufficient for a workout. I will use the hotel again .

It is close to Skhumwitt sky train, also to Soi 4 street. There are plenty of coffee and restaurants around. Staff are good, hotel is clean. Next time I will book again without hesitation.

Wonderful hotel on quiet Soi 2. Hotel staff are some of the best I have encountered. The rooftop pool is great after a day out in Bangkok. I have stayed at Hotel Icon numerous times. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not too many sun beds around the swimming pool. If come late you dont find any. Also just 3 sun umbrellas for 10 beds :(
As the hotel is a side road of the main Sukhumvit Road so it is a rare Hotel in Bangkok where you cannot hear the noise of the traffic all night. From the other side as it is about 500 m from the main road so if you want a restaurant or just to buy food or beer in 7/eleven you have to walk this distance. As this area is mostly for discothekes, bars and massage so if you want to go shopping you have to walk 2 km till CentralOne warehouse or take the Nana metro station for 2 stops till Chit Lom station. Breakfest is worth for this cheap price.
