the room was very nicely presented, the bed was very comfy, the shower was really great and powerful, the pool outside was very nicely situated, and the service from the bar staff was excellent, the in room service and the food was great.

No toothbrush and toothpaste in the room..Still had to request. Breakfast 450 baht additional charge per person.

Had a great stay at Mercure. Large soft bed and pillows. Close to MRT and BTS. Free hourly shuttle to MRT. I commend the staff on the ground floor!

It would have been nice to have a hand soap by the sink. We had to move the shower soap all the time.

Very friendly, proactive and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and the room has very good sound isolation.

First the lobby on the 1st floor then reception on the 8th floor but i guess one get use to that not a big thing

Bathroom smells, no pedestrian access as on a road with no room to walk. No place to read in the cool as reception area often taken by incoming guests.

No hand soap in bathroom had to use shower body wash/shampoo. Wish there was also conditioner and lotion in bathroom.

The location of the hotel is very bad, there are no lights at the hotel street at night, so it is not safe to walk in the hotel street. No public transportation go to the hotel, but they have shuttle bus to the metro

On March 10, 2024 on March 10, 2024 at 8:00 in the morning there was a concierge downstairs in the hotel parking lot - we don't remember the name but... the commitment of this employee was amazing. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have made the plane. We wanted to thank him very much because he saved us a lot of trouble and money. If all your employees are so committed, you have a great company, congratulations. Rafal Kowalczyk with his wife. To everyone coming to this hotel: don't worry about anything - if this guy is downstairs, nothing will happen to you :)

Although the hotel is located very close to the train and metro station, people usually have to use a taxi or another car, since there are no sidewalks on the 4 lane road (but you can walk). The hotel offers a pickup at the MRT station (need to call a local number), and an hourly transport from the hotel. The pool is very small and can only be used from 8 to 8.

The staff is really nice, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good but could include more fruits. Travel time from the hotel to the check-in area is only 45-60 minutes door-door.

Rooms are noisy, the gap around the doors is quite large and the every sound from the hall feels loud. As information beds are way too soft, for some people is comfortable but if you are a stomach sleeper its quite uncomfortable to sleep on that kind of bed

Nice views from the pool, friendly staff and helpful.metro link station nearby and they offered a shuttle service to avoid walking with our luggage.

Although the hotel is close to the metro station (it is 10-12 mins walk), the road to the hotel is not a good one that you would like to walk. The hotel has hourly shuttle service to the metro but they finish it early.

Nice hotel is close to the metro lines. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and there are nice service and good food.

Location is inconvenient. Eventhough the photo shows it is next to metro/skytrain station, it seems to be not the case. Hotel provides free rides/close loops to 7 Eleven for example, and will help you to hail a taxi. But it is not possible to walk.
