We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Had a great stay at Mercure. Large soft bed and pillows. Close to MRT and BTS. Free hourly shuttle to MRT. I commend the staff on the ground floor!

If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have made the plane. We wanted to thank him very much because he saved us a lot of trouble and money. GermanyAlthough the hotel is located very close to the train and metro station, people usually have to use a taxi or another car, since there are no sidewalks on the 4 lane road (but you can walk). The hotel offers a pickup at the MRT station (need to call a local number), and an hourly transport from the hotel. The pool is very small and can only be used from 8 to 8.
The staff is really nice, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good but could include more fruits. Travel time from the hotel to the check-in area is only 45-60 minutes door-door.

SpainRooms are noisy, the gap around the doors is quite large and the every sound from the hall feels loud. As information beds are way too soft, for some people is comfortable but if you are a stomach sleeper its quite uncomfortable to sleep on that kind of bed

TurkeyAlthough the hotel is close to the metro station (it is 10-12 mins walk), the road to the hotel is not a good one that you would like to walk. The hotel has hourly shuttle service to the metro but they finish it early.
Nice hotel is close to the metro lines. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and there are nice service and good food.

MongoliaLocation is inconvenient. Eventhough the photo shows it is next to metro/skytrain station, it seems to be not the case. Hotel provides free rides/close loops to 7 Eleven for example, and will help you to hail a taxi. But it is not possible to walk.
