The staff is very helpful, courteous, efficient. Our room (at 29th floor) was really very very big, with a lot of available space, with a great view on the river; it was very nicely decorated, modern, clean. The bar on the top floor offers an incredible view on the city, especially at night time, not to miss. The pool offers a very nice view on the river and on the area by the river. The breakfast is simply regal. We never saw such a variety of food in any other hotel: from Asian, to European, from sweet to salty, including fresh fruits, juices. Possibly 200/300 sqm of food stations to choose from. Simply incredible. The concierge is very helpful in finding transportation options and booking trips. The restaurant, by the river, offers a great variety of possibilities. The location is great, very close to IconSiam mall. A shuttle boat is available as well. All in all great value for money.

During showering, the water tends to leak out of the designated shower zone. Perhaps it would be great if they can increase the height of the "barricade" off the floor to prevent it from moving to the "dry" zone.

The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Pretty generous with the water as compared to other hotels that I have stayed Hotel is located next to one of the largest shopping mall, Iconsiam

It’s a big hotel so breakfast can get busy - not something I didn’t like but just to be aware. It was nice out on the terrace though - more peaceful

Happy with everything during our stay

Breakfast was amazing, great choice and catered for all. We were upgraded to the family suite room which was was very spacious and had a great view. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also spotless. Loved the rooftop bar and top floor bar. Can not fault

The shower feels old and has no rain shower option, the gym is quite small, closes at 9pm and always have many people in it . Minibar is located beside bedside table making it hard to access

Nothing! All great!

The location is fantastic and from the two sky bars, had far reaching river views which are better at night. It's an easy walk to ICONSIAM shopping mall next door. The staff were lovely and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We dropped our suitcases a few days in advance of our stay and were stored by the concierge until our actual book in day. Our room had great quiet aircon, really comfortable bed and a great view of the Chao Phraya river.

We used to smell authentic fragrance in the lobby of the hotel. It was reminding us that we were in Bangkok. There used to be lemongrass odor in the floors and toilets as well. However, in this last trip we realized that there is no fragrance at all. We were disillusioned with this new odorless situation of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for four times. Although there are some other alternatives and luxury hotels around, we could not imagine to stay another hotel in our Bangkok vacations. It’s location, comfort with a beautiful river view allures us.

The pool a bit on there small side, rooftop bar does not have the best view of the building as it is allocated to Hilton lounge. The worst was the very long wait for check in, No welcome drink… the check in experience feels airport-ish not five stars
