Breakfast not the best and when they say breakfast finish at 10am it means 10am so if you get there for 9.30! Have a cup of tea /coffee just relaxing everything has been cleared at 10 am

The bed was like sleeping on stone tables. It was so hard, our hips were literally bruised from sleeping.

We came to look at sailboats for sale, so this location was ideal for us. If you want to stay near a beach, this location is not for you. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in both the Lagoon and the Royal Phuket Marina.

Hair everywhere. Not much breakfast options.

Got upgraded as soon as we arrived. Was a lovely stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. And silent rooms. The only downside was the room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Hair absolutely everywhere.

Our first rooms were very poor by the harbour but the reception staff helped to rectify the issue by providing a discounted upgrade for each of us within the main building which was greatly appreciated in beautiful rooms next to each other.

The pool & main hotel was lovely and all the staff were really friendly especially with the free transport around the boat resort. Soho Club was a lucky find too near the harbour as an exclusive pool area with no extra charge.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. I was expecting a lot but I ended up a little bit disappointed. Our room was not 100% clean, the bed was very hard and pillows as well.

I did not arrived til midnight, so a good sleep was needed....purchased breakfast & was able to select the food that I am able to eat. I booked this hotel for its location -near the Marina & was able to walk around that area at my leisure & see the tour boats loading, ready for their day on water.

The location is quite bad. There is no beach and it's far to the city centre. Unfortunately the service absolutely doesn't live up to what you would expect from such a hotel. The staff couldn't answer any basic questions about things like the connection to the city and whether there are any Chjnese new year celebrations. We also had a problem with the AC, which can happen of course, but when they finally fixed it after quite some time, they just left the big puddle of water in the floor. In such a hotel that's not okay.

The itself is really nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the pool is very good as well.

Breakfast abit limited, they tried to put us in budget rooms not attached to the hotel, which they did not advertise at time of purchase on booking.com All was well.after our rooms were upgraded and we got what was originally sold to us, we had to pay extra upgrade fees, that was abot disappointing.

Although it is a little out of the way, the marina and selection of bars/restaurants was great. Rooms were fine though there were quite a few mosquitos and it was a little hard to judge the air conditioning.

The shower drain was blocking every time we took a shower. There wasn’t as many lifts so we had to walk far to go downstairs. Pool was a bit slimy on the bottom in some areas.

We had a lovely time. It was on the end of our back packing trip so we just relaxed,the location isn’t in the centre. It has a club house called soho pool club with another pool & restaurant which we preferred. It’s a place where expats live.

The free bicycle hire for guests, you have to sign a waiver regarding damage, loss, injury etc. Which is fair enough but the bikes are not maintained, I am tall and there was no tools on hand for making the saddle higher or adjusting anything. The brakes were dangerously loose so I would just recommend testing the bikes before you go out of the hotel area. The hotel could invest in having the bikes maintained regularly even the smallest thing like checking the saddle isn't loose or the brakes are working! But other than that its a great facility. Location of the hotel is fine if you're staying to use the marina but that marina doesn't serve most everyday boat trips and a lot of the 'Getyourguide' trips don't pick up from there as it's too far out from Phuket. There isn't as much going on around the marina as you'd expect of an evening, it's more businesses, which again is fine for certain clientele. I also didn't expect to be charged for the items in the room minibar in a hotel resort such as this but it wasn't extortionate.

Lovely hotel. Had a really classy vibe to it. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Bedroom was clean and made up during the day. Loads of little details such as a toothbrush and vanity kit, come in handy for back Packers travelling light. Gym was lovely as was the pool area.

No. 1 is the first room i was provided coz that was far from the main hotel plus the car noises are so loud. No. 2 is the choices for breakfast. They are so limited and bland. They dont taste sometimes. No. 3 is the room service. Not sure if it is just me but the food i have ordered tasted bland. No. 4 is the lack of activities for the guests. No. 5 is that I can see so much potential of the resorts. With the right people to manage the team and the resort, I believe it can generate more revenues and garner bigger market. No. 6 is the bed. So hard. Lol

No. 1 is that they are considerate. I told them about my concern with the first room and they helped me shift to a better room. No. 2 is that the staff are very helpful, approachable and nice. I will truly miss Aom from the Front desk and the Breakfast buffet team especially the reception. No. 3 is that the rooms in the main building are quiet and huge. The amenities are complete with kettle, fridge, balcony. Plus they always clean the room. No. 4 is that there are restaurants inside and around the resort. There is a shuttle that will bring you to the place inside that you want to go to. There is also bicycle available for use. No. 5 is the easy check in and check out.
