Shower pressure is not stable. Sometimes it gets too hot or too cold. There is a night club nearby. The music plays until early in the morning. But the sound doesn't disturb me.

Very big size room. Very helpful staff. Kitchen facilities are a big plus for me. It is very close to soi 6 bar street. Seven eleven is just 1 minute walk away.

everything except the exercise room which is decrepid. Had to purchase a toaster and almost a frying pan as the one in the room used to be a teflon frypan but was reduced to spots of teflon witch is poisoness.

Not really a hotel and breakfast is wherever they get a contract with . Personally I prefer hotels but this is fine for self catering

Nice self contained apartment if you want self catering with great staff / reception area and lift swimming pool, 10 min walk to terminal 21 and 20 min beach great place to stay tho

Not stayed here several years however since I last stayed the hotel has gone down in it's standards. The floor in the room I stayed in could do with a refurbishment as could several other areas.

The sofa is aged and need replacement. The toilet amenties is basic, and would have to get more as only a small container of shampoo is provided. Hot water for shower is inconsistent and most water flow to the nearby WC drain instead of the shower drain, possibly a floor grading issue. A washing machine in the apartment would be good.

The hotel is located not far from the beach, very convenient to walk. The reception is friendly and always greet with a smile. Did not manage to use the pool but the pool is clean and calming with buddhist architecture around the pool and hotel. There is a 7/11 store nearby where I don't have to go far to stock up when my supply runs low. The 2-bedroom apartment is big and is generally clean and room make up can be arranged daily.

Water pressure in shower was quite low. Air conditioning filters need cleaning.

Nice quiet location, not too far from beach and night life. Good size rooms and kitchen included.

I need some help with this one. I was double charged for the room. I originally paid for the room on my AMEX and was charged in advance; however, when I arrived at the hotel, they did not have that I paid already and had to charge the room to a different card. Please provide a refund for the double charge.

The room was nice but just a few little rough edges needed repairing but overall was a great sized room with plenty of facilities if needed.

The outside pool area was great within its own surroundings. Massive car park if needed. The breakfast was a nice selection of different foods and the staff were so polite. You do need to walk to another hotel round the corner though for it.
