Really handy location, lots of restaurants nearby and a 7/11 a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful and well maintained resort with two lovely pools and comfy beds. Beach is over the road too!

We had an issue with our room and the team was kind enough to move us to another floor as soon as possible.

The greatest strength of this hotel is the genuine staff: Apple, Juice, and the team, the accommodating reception team, the skilled kitchen staff, and efficient maintenance team. We really appreciated the pools, especially the main one. There are lots of loungers, comfy chairs, and umbrellas. We ate often at the restaurant which is very high quality. There was a range of food from more value for bowls and soups to high end seafood and steak dishes. The breakfast buffet included whichever type of coffee or tea drink you want as well, many healthy choices, local food and made to order eggs.

Nothing much - perhaps another bathroom in the duplexes would have been more comfortable for a family of 4. More attentive service at the pool would be great but is not a game changer as the area is small and staff were always close by.

Loved the intimate setup of the place with plenty of good room options to suit all travellers. Half board menu allowed plenty of choice. Staff were wonderful as was the pool areas, gym, and proximity to the beach! Staff were super welcoming and helpful with items to take to the beach etc.

The property is stunning. The location is right on surin beach. It’s a quiet little slice of paradise in Phuket. The grounds are clean and have two great swimming pools. I had the longer pool sweet and it is so spacious, very comfortable bed and a cute outdoor seating area for privacy. The bathroom was huge with a nice big shower. The attention to detail here is beautiful.

Wow wow wow ! From the much needed welcome drink (fresh pineapple juice) on arrival to the best prawn pad Thai I’ve ever had, the staff are incredible and the most welcoming staff in all of Thailand! They sorted out everything from us to booking us tours and keeping us hydrated the the pool. Special shoutout to the the girl who served us in Nalu, I think she was called June? She was the best!

Location wise, quiet place and not much restaurants/bars. Felt a little solitary but if you are seeking a quiet, calm and chill vibe… this is the hotel for you!

The staff were very kind and accommodating! The Iced Coffee was great too! Breakfast could be improved in terms of variety, but it was good 😊 2 minutes walking to the beach however its not a pretty walk due to construction sites. 7/11 is a 3 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, In general looks like a new hotel. Location is amazing, right in front of the beach where you can chill and enjoy great food. They have 2 pools that are both really nice and a nice gym. Will definitely come back!

The room was absolutely stunning, the interior is very modern and stylish. The private swimming pool is great, refreshing and clean. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast options were quite decent - not repeating every day.

The greeting at reception was first class, efficient and considerate. Good to see Matt is still on the team, he is a gem. Youngest child was ill & they quickly made our room ready despite short notice. The room was large enough for my partner & 2 kids with one roller bed set up downstairs. Two tvs, one upstairs, one downstairs meant we could have separate living at times. Big bathroom, comfy bed and pillows, all extras I could think of ( iron, hair dryer, robes, various glasses, bottle opener, etc). Room was cool and airy, high ceilings. Outside around pool was pleasant and safe. Locale offers good shopping and eating, close to the beach where more restaurants and bars and scooter hire, etc. Two life guard patrolled areas to swim. Very pleasant outlook.

Only problem if you get a room near the pool it can be a bit noisy! There was also a room above me that was VERY noisy at nighttime - sounded like they were banging drums and rollerblading all night - but not the hotels fault. Many families with young kids too - just incase you want a more peaceful experience.

Beautiful rooms, amazing location to Surin beach, staff were absolutely incredible, attentive, so friendly and helpful. Room service and laundry is perfect ! The pool is great and happy hour is too 😃

There is a term and condition that guests must store deposit money of 1.000 baht per night; since I stayed for two nights, I stored 2.000 baht in cash. I wonder if guests must store much money if they stay longer. Transactions in Thailand usually require cash; if guests store the deposit by bank transfer, storing it back in the guest's account takes about two weeks or a month, which is not preferable. The guests might have already left the country, and no one can be held responsible if anything wrong happens.

The resort is located precisely opposite Surin Beach. You can find plenty of restaurants near the resort, a 7-Eleven, and a cannabis store within walking distance. It took only half an hour from the airport to the resort, and vice versa. We booked two superior rooms; what is great about it is that the rooms can be joined together in one private access (a door for two rooms). The room is furthermore great; it has a Bluetooth JBL speaker clock that can connect to your Spotify or iTunes, a balcony with a pool view, and a comfy sofa near the window. Breakfast was excellent; the menu changes daily, and it tastes great.

Location is great, 2 min walk to the beach. The breakfast was really good, nothing is too much for the staff. Matt at reception was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious at breakfast. We loved our room and our children enjoyed swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend Outrigger Surin Beach resort.

Lovely hotel right on the Surin beach, in the quiet part of Phuket, away from the busy Patong but close enough to get there on a bike. The restaurant offers great food and drinks, there’s a lot of variety at breakfast as well as milk alternatives. Rooms are bright and very clean. Staff is lovely and helpful making you feel at home.

Exceptional staff- super polite and helpful Two lovely pools with toys so we didn't have to buy single use plastic. Great stocked gym Wonderful duplex room By the beach Great food - not the cheapest by Thai standards but really tasty App to book trips and food Brilliant massage facilities The staff were so wonderful. Each day when we went out on our trip, they'd wish us a good time and let us take some pastries with us for the early start. They went way beyond our expectations. We had some issues late night with our flight to bangkok and they were so helpful conversing with the Thai airline.
