Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Close to the airport and Lat Krabang train station. They kindly kept my bags for five days and I picked them up when I returned to BKK.

check in staff only showed up at 2pm to do check-ins, and then left. There is NO 24 hour staff at the reception area.

While the conditions were not exceptional, considering the price and the brief one-night stay, I believe it was a fair deal. Though there were some areas for improvement, the overall value for the price point was reasonable.
Staff was very friendly, there is a kettle and they provided 2 bottles of water in the room for us. About a 5 minute walk to a small 7-eleven. Had everything we needed for a one night stay in between travelling

I only stayed for a few hours in between flights. Beds and pillows were very hard. Bare bones room. Wifi basic. Couldn't reconnect after leaving room.
Receptionist was very pleasant and arranged cheap return transfer to airport - driver arrived promptly. Friendly.

It's was a good place close to airport. The staff helped by arranging taxi in advance and provided all details which made it easy in the mid night to get to airport. Nice place for lay over.

Bed very hard/not comfy but luckily we were shattered so slept easily. Not loads going on in the area, wires hanging down in the street looked dangerous (but not linked to the hotel).
Close to the airport and what you'd need for a short (1 night) stay - 7/11, restaurant across the road. Staff member on reception was helpful. Cheap. Free water from cooler.

The fact that you could pick the room safe ßup and walk away with it. Several trip hazards abound including a step across my whole room which was only visible from one direction. Staff sometimes difficult to locate. Room keys were changed on second day and left in unattended reception area which we felt was a security risk.
Close to airport. Reasonably comfortable and therefore GVFM. Rooms were large with kettle, fridge and TV. Free water available. Walking distance to train station.

The owner is really nice, we came to residence late and she made the extra check in for us. Also we decided for the transport to the airport in the evening and she managed to order it for the next day early morning without any problem.

A bit hard to find but that's nothing, taxi driver gonna get you there. The hallway flooring is not well maintained.
Not so far away from BKK airport with many restaurants and convenience stores in surrounding area. Approximately 10 min from the airport if you take a taxi. They don't have elevators here. The room is okay, clean, compact with anything essential.

It was quite difficult to find (maybe a bigger sign pointing to it would be good) and hard to find restaurants serving alcohol.
nice enough for a couple of nights before a flight. rooms were nice and spacious! bed was clean and comfortable.

Look, for the price you shouldn't expect too much. There is no elevator which is probably the most annoying bit as we stayed here overnight with lots of luggage. The bathroom doors are also a bit flimsy. Some of the walls had dodgy finishes.
It's very clean, close to the airport and have some food/massage place nearby. The rooms are unexpectedly large.
