Needs some TLC which we learnt was happening, property closed for Reno from April 22nd for 6 months, can’t wait to come back

Great location, pools were super clean, the staff were amazing especially Supit & Keaw there were our breakfast staff….amazing, looked after us like royalty, thank you gentlemen 🙏 across the road from the beach with a netted swimming area, close to massages, restaurants or 4 Baht for a tuk tuk to the busier area of Karon, loved our holiday 🙏

Outdated rooms with sewage smell from the bathroom. Laying beds around the pool are constantly occupied with the towels even if there are no people near. We traveled with the elderly mother who is walking with the stick however the designated chairs next to the pool were occupied with healthy people. Personnel of the hotel didn't intervene to our request to provide either a new laying bed or ask people to free the exising one. A little variety in the restaurant during the breakfast.

Deck chairs were reserved with towels and not people so never any seats available. The atmosphere is every man for himself from the buffet to the pools - it's unfortunate and took the sparkle from this lovely resort.

The pools are fantastic! The grounds are beautiful. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great.

Crowded breakfast room. Many tourists were discourteous in the large amounts of food they took and not waiting their turns. Lunch and dinner not that great. We preferred to eat outside the resort. We realised upon arrival that if we booked different types of rooms, they would likely be on different floors even if within the same building. The resort is huge so this can be a problem for families with small children.

Extremely clean facilities! Large and comfortable rooms. So impressed that there was no sand in the floors despite the hotel being so close to the beach. Friendly and welcoming staff Large pools, fun waterslides. Nice water play area for younger kids. Delicious drinks at the pool bars. Walking distances to supermarkets and pharmacies. We ate our meals at Baan Sailom next door to the resort and the Sandwich Box opposite the resort. Good breakfast spread, staff replaced food diligently

Breakfast, the pool smell, no security at all, no water tap to wash sand off the feet after the see, TV did not work in a room , it took us 2 days to fix the problem, toilet had an old flushing system and was hard to flush.

Bed was a little firmer than we were used to, however the rooms were maintained daily. We booked adjoining rooms to accommodate family. T Only 1 TV in the kids room had reception. Minor issues only..

Pool area including waterslide was good as well as access to the pool bar. Breakfast was excellent each morning with various seating areas inside and outside near the pool. Location was convenient to access cafes, bars and the beach. Extremely friendly Staff who were personable. A big shout out to an employee called Boon who manned the pool bar. He maintained a positive vibe through engaging in conversation, even with language barriers.

The buffet dinner is to be avoided at all costs. I'm not sure we've ever paid so much for such poor food. (Apparently the buffet dinner is included in the price of the hotel for some guests.) It would be nice to have access to drinking water (water fountain or such) throughout the day, so that we can refill our water bottles -we hate to buy single-use plastic water bottles (event the 3 gal ones) from the local 7Eleven store. There is water served/available at breakfast, but it's done by the end of the breakfast hours (6am-10am). The room smelled somewhat bad initially. We eventually concluded that the problem was the air conditioner. We complained to the front desk and they worked on the air conditioner the same day and fixed the problem. Otherwise the room was good.

This is a good resort for a family with young teens. The rooms and grounds are clean and attractive. The kids really enjoyed the pool, particularly the slides. The staff was very nice and responsive. The hotel is a five minute walk from Karon Beach, which is very clean by Thai standards. And it is a 20-min walk to Kata beach. Rooms: The adult beds and linens could have been a bit better, but they were okay. The kids beds were significantly worse, but the kids managed. Food: Breakfast was plentiful and varied, but could have been a bit higher quality. The fruit was good but not great, likewise for the yogurt. Either the oil or the potatoes used to make the grilled potatoes was reliably off. Every day they had either pancakes or French toast as well as cereal and a variety of eggs, omelettes, hard boiled, sunny side, and over medium. Often they had croissants and some muffin-like pastries. In addition, there was an Asian aisle of breakfast food, but we did not try any of that. The resort is mostly (95%) attended by Russians.

Resort rooms are dilapidated, dark, dank, and mosquito's carry you away if you leave the doors open. Toilet leaked sink leaked. Shower temperature was unpredictable with no pressure. Aircon died 3 times and required engineers to fix it. TV also died on second last day. The photos on the internet are not indicative of the accommodation standard. There are 2 large slides - novelty wears off pretty quickly. There is literally nothing to do on-site except lie around the pool - if you can grab a lounger.

Location was great. Pool was always clean. Cleaning staff were amazing and helpful. Gym on-site- simple but effective.

The hotel was older than others, but my understanding is that a refurbishment is about to commence. The breakfast buffet had too much choice which did not appeal to a western diet - maybe less choice but with better quality options (including bacon) :)

The facilities were very good including a large pool and waterslides for the kids. Really close to the beach and shops.

The ambience, low lighting, room lobby gave a sad feel due to very low lighting. The resort was not looking bright even during day time. The rooms were very small

Sorry but not a very clean place, outdated, water pressure was not the best and overall temp situation too. Seems the hotel is mainly occupied by 1 nationality. Breakfast was quite basic.

The slides were great. Sun lounges were to ok to find even during the day.

Noisy at night, lots of mozzie's and the room upstairs sounded like they were playing football all night long.That being said I would probably stay here again for the location and the pool/slides. Hope they can fix the issues with the hot water which goes from fast to slow, hot to cold and so forth with out even touching the control tap.

The pool was good, kids loved the slides and an OK buffet breakfast. Close to the beach, decent street food and 7/11. Nice restaurants around and we're pleased that we had a connecting room for us and the kids.

Toilet bowl. Inconvenient to flush and need to fix the toilet cover, it came out. Hot shower difficult to adjust It suddenly became super hot.. so be careful. S Aircon smells of dust.. When first came in, there were so many Mosquitos..

The breakfast had a lot of variety but wasn’t always great. The rooms are outdated. The housekeepers were inconsistent in what they would do in your room - replace toilet paper, replace coffee, etc. we were there for 2 weeks so these things were important. The slamming of the room doors!!! All through the night!!! The rooms have actual keys, not cards. So if you don’t use the key to turn the knob and shut the door, you need to slam it. This became aggravating when it just echoed through the hotel all night. There was mould in our shower.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Location was great, right near the beach, shopping, pharmacy, and 7 11. The pools were really cool. The swim up bars were also really cool. Lifts available. Dr on site. Was really easy to organise activities through the hotel.

90% of the tourists were Russians. Main bar of the hotel in the evening would play Russian songs. All the bars and cafes around the hotel focuses on Russians

The rooms are very dated and old, they need upgraded for the money they charge, the only good thing about the resort is the pool and slides.
