The location was good, 5 minutes by walk to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooftop pool was really nice as well. Good value for the price.

Really only the noise of the air-conditioning, very loud on the lower floors.

I had to change rooms, due to an electrical noise (outdoor air conditioning) and I moved up to the 13th floor. The room there was slightly more expensive but still a reasonable price and worth it for the quiet above Bangkok City. The pool was lovely and the palm trees on the roof very nice. Great wooden carved traditional Thai artwork all through the hotel as well. The breakfast was fantastic, interesting selections everyday. And the reception staff were lovely, there was one guy in particular who was always friendly and helpful with a lovely smile. Actually he made my stay,

We missed the bum gun (bidet shower) which we liked in Thailand everywhere. My husband smelled drainage. The emergency stairs were not nice. Floor around the pool was collapsed in one place. Ladies on reception was not very communicative and friendly.

Rooms were nicely equiped. All new and fuctioning. But main corridor was nice and elevators too. The gym and terace with swimming pool was a big plus. There was plenty of space around the pool with sunbeds and clean towels prepared. Breakfast has all we wanted plus fresh Thai fruits, which was nice. Nice foier. Very nice and friendly hotel taxi driver, who can help you with trips around. Very helpfull cleaning lady.

I stayed in the non-renovated Superior room. It has all the basics but not as new and nice as the renovated room. I think the room renovation/ upgrade is done in stages. The hotel room is a bit dated (as commented by other guests) and there are small things like lights switches not working.

Location is good, 5 -7 mins walk from MRT Lumpini station. Breakfast has good variety. Price was very good for the location. You can find street food sellers, pharmacies, supermarket, 7-eleven within 1 minute walk. I find the staff helpful and friendly. They might be under staff so one needs to be patient.

Really poor wifi, extremely dirty windows (notably room 1316), some - but not all - staff rather apathetic, no response to our messages sent to the hotel before our stay, both through this Booking app and direct email)

Comfortable beds, rooftop pool, taxi service available at the hotel, very close to the Lumpini MRT station.

The hotel and room are kind of dated but maintained pretty well. The room had very poor lighting. I had some reading to do and there was not sufficient light. No ceiling lights and minimal wall lights and no lamps even on the desk. Maintenance came up and even they agreed the room needed better light so they brought a lamp.

Very close to Lumpini MRT station and also Lumpini park. Nice accommodating staff.

Great view from the 13th floor room. Good breakfast. Lovely decoration all over the hotel. Good bed, good shower, good WiFi. Location also very good: easy to travel by MRT.
