The resort is nestled by the river and mountains, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast spread is delightful, featuring a wide array of options blending Western and Asian cuisines. Dinner is also enjoyable, offering satisfying meals.

April 2024 Main pool (closest reception) POOL BAR did not have properly refrigerated cold drinks & (importantly) COLD BEER due to fridge issues. Accomodation A/C remote's old, out of date or not operating properly. Unable to adjust temperature inside rooms.

April 2024 Bungalow's situated throughout resort with lighted pathways connecting to main reception & restaurant. Accomodation Inside well set out, comfortable, clean & Air Conditioned.

Distance from everything very far away nothing in the vicinity, this is great if you just want to lay back in the hotel, but nevertheless it is a beautiful resort.

Everything was perfect except how far the resort is. Otherwise everything is beautiful, best staff Khun Jane at Reception, K. Saifah at the bar who worked at the bottom pool, and a lovely girl in the bar at the top swimming pool who made very delicious mai tais.

Only complaint is personal safes are needed in the rooms.

Fabulous stay here for attending ANZAC dawn service ...lovely staff and great, well priced food in the restaurant, plush room and lovely bathroom.

Service is not very professional. Managed by the local resident community. Lacks hotel management skills. Breakfast is just OK.

Hotel assigned our group to 2 rooms separated from each other although I called and ask for room closer to another but it’s not that big deal.

Good location in remote area where you can fully relax and next to the river. Bed is comfy. Room is spotless clean. Good size of room, large balcony.

We arrived nearly 1.5 hours later than planned as the coordinates for the pier did not work! We emailed and messaged the venue to help us, however they did not reply, we drove around and was very frustrated and it was getting dark. We were unable to call them due to our sim card being data only. We are still awaiting a reply from the hotel from our email this morning as the receptionist did not understand our explanation about the coordinate issue. We only wish to help future customers, thus we have taken the time to email the manager to explain the problem. The front of house staff were good, however the housekeeping and groundwork staff were too busy chatting with each other or on their phones and ignored us. This is a shame as it made us feel unwelcomed as seasoned travellers.

The venue itself was really nice. The lighting and ambience this created was really good.

The only negative feedback is the mattress which was really really hard!

The food was really not great especially for the price and service in the restaurant compared to other places is not the best. A bungalow at the river is nice, but the boats are very loud. The mattress is extremely hard.

The bungalows are very nice. The location is special. The whole resort is beautifully made with two pool areas, directly at the river. Bathrooms are amazing with huge showers. The staff is very friendly.

The long-tail boats pass by the accommodation every 3 minutes from 8 am to 6 pm with loud engine noise, making it difficult to sleep in daytime. This should be regulated!

There was a lot of moustique but it is normal as it is in the nature. The choice of food were not a lot as there's only one restaurant but it was not bad at all.

The location is excellent for a family trip. It was in the nature and was quiet and relax. Meanwhile there's activities to do like kayaking, walking around the resort. Our family will be back 😄

The last night we were there was the only time we were un happy and that had to do with the fact they took an hour and a half to serve us our dinner and even then it was served cold and not together so we were waiting for a very very long time to eat cold food and one of the orders didn't turn out as described on menu.

Love all the garden and wat water decor. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved everything

The location is amazing, it felt like staying in magical botanic garden. The bungalows were very comfortable, spacious and the interior was beautiful. The place was spotless and no insects could get in. Had the best sleep of all the places we have visited. It was quiet, bed was large and very comfortable, silent A/C and fan. I loved the exceptionally well maintained gardens with huge variety of plants, unusual palms, nurseries and flowers. There are 2 pools, one was very quiet, without screaming children, occupied mostly by adults, the other seemed more family friendly and busy. The restaurant offers great selection of excellent food and drinks. We enjoyed the live music and some great hits performed by the lovely musician. The boat trip was a bonus and organised by the resort. I highly recommend for relaxing and quality time. Thank you all for the wonderful holiday! ❤️

The restaurant has a wide range to choose from, but not when you would like to eat a vegetarian dinner.

It's simply a beautiful place to stay. The bungalows are located in a very well maintained big park. The breakfast is abundant with a very wide range of food to choose from. We are the staff extremely thankful. After leaving, we realized we left the computer cable in our bungalow. The staff was so kind to send it by express mail to our next location. Again a big THANK YOU!
