I stayed at two rooms - Lake view and standard room. Lake view was amazing, but the standard came with much less in-room facilities, but was still comfortable and clean.

Wonderful staff at Aspira! They made the stay very welcoming and they were helpful, and suggested a great Thai place to eat. Also loved the free shuttle to the top of the road!

bathroom toilets not kept clean enough. odd lift that did not work well. expensive happy hour (360 baht for four small cans of beer in a "buy 3 get 1 free" offer—not good value at all given retail price of small beer cans). the driver of the electric cart to go to the end of the soi was always on a break--could the hotel not organise a replacement cover during breaks???

room was a good size and well equipped for what we expected. staff were professional but a little disorganised at times.

Only a proposal: For a fantastic country having so good fruits, breakfast is providing limited fresh fruits as wayer melon and pineapple. Could be nice to have fresh mango, passion fruits, etc....

A wonderfull place with so nice persons/employees. Location is really good, nearby BTS and active areas. A special thank to Lady making very good omelettes at breakfast. Beds are just super sized ...cool.

There was a tiny bit of construction noise from a neighbouring hotel that was audible in the garden only. This wasn't enough to disturb me.

I booked this hotel for the garden and swimming pool and they did not disappoint. The pool is really well designed so that a keen swimmer like myself can do lengths while others can relax with neither disturbing each other. My room was great and the park view was stunning. I also enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning with a view of the garden.

The elevator buttons need repairs. The comfy chair in the room needs a good clean. The aircon blows directly onto the work space which makes it difficult to work.

The bed was comfy. The room was large and had everything you need. There was a good sized desk and decent office chair for working. Good wifi speeds and stability. The room was clean and the shower pressure was great.
