“The first room I was assigned, unfortunately, had lots of flies and ladybugs, crawling all over the walls in the ceiling. They moved me to another room on the same floor, and I had the same problem. They had to move me again to a different floor, and finally no bugs After driving for 7 1/2 hours that was not what I wanted to face during my stay. Also in the first two rooms that they assigned the bathroom also had several flies. Someone should have noted that before assigning these rooms also, with a very young staff, although they assisted in moving me around, they thought the whole situation was very funny. I did not think it was funny.”
