“I booked through booking .com for a king with sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a king with no sofa bed. When I went to let the front desk know she said she could not help me because I used a 3rd party. I said yes but you can see I booked a king with sofa-bed and she assigned me a room with no sofa bed. That was her fault. She would do nothing to help us so we did not have enough room for our 3rd person. They had to sleep sitting up. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn”
