“We liked the location and had stayed here on our way to our destination 3 weeks prior and had a great stay! This time we had a room on the second floor and it was cold. It took several hours to get the room warm and the bathroom never did warm up. Breakfast was meh and the gentleman who checked us in did not tell us what time breakfast was served or even where our room was located. The grab bar in the ballroom by the tub was loose. The room was surprisingly quiet. Bathrooms by the check in desk were conveniently out of service. If this would have been our first stay we would not have returned the second time.”
