“Staff: Returning from wintering in FL. Drove 626 miles day before. Trying to get bulky luggage cart past two housekeeping carts in hallway closest to where van parked. Two male staff popped out of Mechanicals door n could not have been more helpful. One moved carts out of way; other pushed damn luggage cart to exit. Then they asked if I’d like them to push to van. HUGE HELP.Says something about management too; they weren’t worried about it being a problem the had taken time to help from completion of task they’d been on their way to do.”
