“Location is excellent and plenty of parking but the check in was horrible, it was at 10 pm and we were really tired from driving all day that’s why i did the reservation online, when I get there to check in it took like 30 minutes for the attendant to hand the keys, I gave him three credit cards and he kept trying to make it look like it was my fault his credit card machine kept saying error, and every time I try to put in my PIN number he says to tell him the number verbally because the window they have to do the transaction is so small I cannot reach the key pad to tipe in the pin. But I give him a credit card that doesn’t need a pin and the machine kept saying error, I end up paying with cash and after that took the guy another 15 minutes to finish paperwork and payment he was just to slow, really bad experience”
