“Good location, staff were reasonable, but the hotel was very rundown. Lecky taps, cracked marble, hallway, floorboards, rising as tripping hazards, paint peeling on the wall, heavy medicinal/sanitizing smell in the rooms. I changed from one room to the other because the first one was so bad. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Second room was better, but still not that great. Very deceiving name as the high and resort across the street is almost identically named and far superior. The person waiting in the line behind me was directed as well.”
