“We've stayed here before and would definitely stay again. We prefer not to stay in chains and this motel suits us fine. The Queen Rooms / 2 beds are in a separate annexe, further back from the road through town so are presumably quieter and have large parking spaces. The owners are friendly and helpful, the room is large, clean, the plug in the bath works and the water is hot. Fridge/freezer and microwave in room, table and 2 chairs - always surprised how many places only have one chair. Our towels were changed and our bins emptied after our 1st night of 2 without us asking - thank you. In the centre of this small town so easy access to the town facilities and if you are lucky enough to be here when the road up Mount Whitney is open, a great place to walk.”
