  “Had breakfast croissant sandwich delivered to room. Not quite hot enough but 15 seconds in microwave and it was fine. Small coffee maker in room. AC a bit noisy but there was a sign alerting guests of this abode the thermostat. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants.”

  “Everything was exceptional. I checked in with ease, was pleasantly surprised by the size and setup of the room. I was not expecting the free breakfast via room service that we received. The view was incredible. It was utterly amazing.”

  “Dirty towels. Knocked over bottles when I entered. No cleaning towels. Broken light bulbs. Fridge wasn't turned on. No hot water. Shower head broke and taped a lot to hold together. Alarm clock was broke. Odd wires sticking out from places. Completely rusted refrigerator. Bathroom door missing chunk of door. Construction crew working all the time beside my room. Loud noise constantly during daytime.”
