“Location: good overall. Not too far from freeway and felt safe.
Breakfast: exceeded my expectation. Perfect variety for a complimentary breakfast and clean.
Room: smelled cleaned and disenfected upon entry. Well thought out on needs. Not too many unnecessary drawers. Long bench for luggage. Large hooks for coats. Small wall shelf in the hallway by an outlet and large mirror for hair appliances. Clean bathroom. Nice lighting.
Staff: all my staff encounters were friendly and helpful. Wonderful”
“This hotel has very "nice reviews". It is sad that it is so new, yet you can smell the hallways and when the AC is not on, it stinks like a poopy toilet!!! I felt trapped so many days in this place. Some staff members are very friendly, like the lady who helped us get a taxi. However, she is the exception. I could never exercise, people went there to talk, rather than doing the exercise thing...The door closes sooooo hard and noisily every morning that you can never have peaceful sound sleep. I hated that!! IF you have a child with autism he or family member ( like my husband) this place is extremly noisy due to the proximity to the mottorway. I would not recommend this place.”
