“We had a room with a small kitchenette, which was really useful on the first night as we got stuck in traffic and were able to pick up soup and bread on the way and prepare a simple supper (be warned, restaurants close at 8-9pm in Niantic). The room was spacious (for a family of four) and clean, very comfortable beds and wide windows. It overlooked a carpark but we didn't have expectations of a sea view! There was a welcome tray out for us, and since we were late arriving the concierge had also added a bag with granola bars and crisps for us, which was thoughtful. We were out of season (April) so it was quiet – maybe only a 5th occupied?”
